Theresa whom is the Director is amazing. She is always nice, constantly working in the rooms that are short staffed and shows her dedication in many other ways.
I had my NB son enrolled here as well for a month, before finally deciding to b a stay at home Momma. If it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t have Ezrahs very first HAND PAINTED prints, very first art projects and even his first ever Vday card to me.
The infant room was always clean, well kept and sanitized. I found the teacher to be fair, consistent and genuine. Everyday, I cried when I left and they were always super sweet. Not to mention, I called a lot too but they always just sweetly laughed and told me he was doing great and was the best baby.
This is my first actual baby, so it was a very big relief to have their help and opinions in several matters from figuring out how much milk to bring for a whole day, to tummy time tips, to making me aware of what he does during the day so we can have similar routines on the weekends.
All in all, this experience was refreshing and easy. I can’t say that about many things nowadays, as a new Mom. Thanks to this Kindercare staff, my transition from maternity leave to back to work, then from work to being a stay at home Mom was more smooth, I appreciate that and would highly recommend this facility.
