Best pizza(very cheesy just the way we like it) service was friendly. Prices are reasonable. Known this place for about 12 years and they never disappoint.

Ordered 3 medium pizzas for takeout, which fed six people with no leftovers. Pizzas were ready really quickly(20 minutes) and I thought the price(about $ 20/ea) was reasonable relative to other places. I didn’t love the vegetarian toppings available or the crust. However, everyone was really happy to eat the pizza and there were no complaints from the crew!

Spiro’s is my favorite pizza place in West Seattle, I’ve been going there for 10 years. The pizza is consistently delicious, the servers are friendly and attentive, and they remember our order. Parking can be hard to find but they’re worth it.

Been eating at Spiro’s for many years, at both the West Seattle and Shoreline restaurants. The food is consistently excellent, portions are a good size, and the staff is always very friendly. I like the nice neighborhood vide at the West Seattle location, as it is a nice traditional eatery in an area being overrun by pretentious hipster establishments. I highly recommend the Vangelis sandwich with the dinner salad. You wont leave hungry.

I am a little on the fence of two or three stars. This place was recommended by a friend. It is one of the original Greek style pizza pie parlors in West Seattle. This is a family style restaurant with pizza, salads, and pasta. Anyway, on to the good stuff. If you have never had this style of pizza let me explain. The bottom is thin crust that is baked golden brown. Thin to almost none existent sauce. Add on your toppings and melt Danish cheese on top(adds a good layer of greasiness). Serve. The style of pizza isn’t bad. I do prefer less cheese and a good amount of sweet red sauce on my slices. I do like the rich flavor of the Danish cheese. Overall, it wasn’t for me.

I admit that I am surprised that this place does not have 5 stars. I have been here twice and received excellent service and food. I highly suggest Brent’s Special and the Chicken Parmesan(when they have it). There seems to be some complaints about the state of the salad that comes with meal. I think people need to realize that it is the entrée or pasta that is being showcased and not the salad. All of the ingredients were fresh and the Italian dressing was delicious. As a fast, casual, delicious Italian eatery, this is the place to go!

I live less than a block away. When we moved in 9 years ago, we were excited to be able to walk to a cute pizza place around the corner. We’ve been routinely disappointed by their service and selection. We now only go there when my kids are invited as part of a birthday or soccer group. Some of the wait staff has been good, but there’s one«truck stop» waitress who barks at you«What’s for dinner?» and leaves you waiting, and waiting, and waiting to take your order, bring your drinks, or bring you the check. Don’t even bother asking her to go get you anything extra, like napkins. Not sure how she still has a job there. Perhaps she’s the boss’s middle-aged daughter. It seems to me that the owners of Spiro’s are just going through the motions. The«specials» have been roughly the same for the past 9 years. Skip the salad, because they don’t care to do anything different with it. It’s like they’re stuck in the 1970s. It just iceberg lettuce, covered in shredded mozzarella cheese and canned black olives. There is usually a slice of unripe tomato and a jalapeño. The pizza is mostly decent.

We didn’t have pizza or pasta, so this review might be useless. We had a sub, an order of wings and a salad and all were really good! The only negative thing about any of our food was that it was all on the salty side but still quite good. The chicken on my doo-dah salad was so tender and nicely seasoned. I like the décor and the wait staff were very nice and professional. They might need another server, though, because the single one they had was very very busy and we had to wait a LONG time for the check. We’re really looking forward to going back and trying the pizza and some pasta.

I should have been warned by the drab and dated décor, but I didn’t listen to my instincts. This places is basically the same as Christos’ on Alki, minus the view: salad is iceberg lettuce, canned olives, a yellow tomato wedge, and a slice of cucumber; pizza crust is half raw and cheese is burnt. Yuck.

The staff is very cordial and welcoming. The pizza is good for the price range, and the spicy chicken wings are quite memorable. The pastas, that I’ve tried, have been far below par. The greasy sauces, and completely over cooked pasta noodles are completely unacceptable for an Italian establishment. I want to support local but in order for me to continue, you will need to up your game by a couple of stars.

We love coming here for the food. The pizza is delicious. The staff is super friendly. I forget her name but she’s always here. Best waitress ever. I tip her generously when we come here. The beer also come in pitchers! Don’t hesitate if your on the fence. Local joint at it’s finest.

I can only review their take-out pizza for this place. I can’t judge based on ambiance, customer service, or any sit-down related issues. This is our 2nd time ordering gluten-free pizza to go. We tried their Hawaiian both times. Their gluten-free pizzas only come in medium, but they do not charge extra. Even though they don’t charge extra for it being gluten-free, it’s still pretty pricey. However, we had compared it to Zeek’s gluten-free pizza & it’s about $ 7 – 8 dollars less including tip AND it takes so much better than Zeek’s. They don’t skimp out on the cheese & toppings. I should’ve asked what kind of flour they used. I’m assuming it’s rice, but their crust/bread on the pizza is delicious! I gave it a 4 since it’s been consistent for both gluten-free pizzas we got, the taste & texture of the pizza, and fast service.

Food was okay, but nothing amazing. As others have said, it is Greek, not Italian. I actually was excited by this as I love Pegasus and other places in this style(Olympia on 15th on Capitol Hill is my favorite), but the food here was mediocre. Appetizer wings were probably the best thing we had. Pizza okay. Meatball sandwich was tolerable, but not especially delicious. Waitress was friendly, but the service was definitely meh. She forgot our drinks and ran back to get them before taking our order. My water glass had a big crack and was leaking, which she acknowledged and took away, but I never got another water. My dining companion’s pizza was made with the wrong topping, which they did remake, but that added a lot of time to our visit and there were no accommodations or discounts made for the error. It was quiet when we got there and busy when we left, so I gave her my card when she took food away to box it up for us, but I still had a long wait to get my card back, which was eventually dropped off by a busboy. Will I go back? Maybe, at some point, but only because I live down the street. And I’ll keep my expectations low. More likely, I’ll just get delivery from Amante or Delfinos.

We ordered their special that evening, Chicken Parmesan, and their Lasagne. Neither met expectations. The Chicken Parm was just a boneless chicken breast with melted cheese and marinara on top. It wasn’t breaded, as one would expect. The Lasagne lacks a substantial layer of a ricotta cheese mixture, replacing it with a lot of mealy parm and pizza mozzarella. The sauce is good. The added broccoli in the lasagne is not. Even though«pasta» is in the name, the pasta tastes like a pizza restaurant trying to do pasta with the ingredients the have on hand for pies. They do not offer ranch dressing as a choice with salads, though they said their blue cheese«tastes just like ranch.» Service is good.

It’s eh «italian food» with eh eh service. The waitress seats us, gets water, comes back quickly takes drink orders… and then dissappears for a good 10 minutes. The manager saw my annoyance and took our food orders and then the waitress appears and asks us if we’re ready to order. Same deal with bread I see every other table get bread but not sure if it’s something you get I don’t say anything. Sure after the expediter brings our food 5 minutes later the waitress comes and decides to give us bread. Expecting another eternal wait I give her my card when she comes with the check. No luck. She’s AWOL for ten minutes and then I see her come out with what looks like my check. My eyes follow her all over the restaurant while she hands out a take out order, takes another order, check in at two more table and then finally meanders back to us. Sigh. The food is average suburban«italian american» with tons of cheese, tinny tomato sauces and no sign of a veggie anywhere.

My daughter and I ate here regularly when we lived in West Seattle. The staff is great and the pizza is fantastic! There are lots of combo choices to choose from and they have a decent beer list as well.

I dig their pizzas and their small business vibe. I have always had great service whenever I have been there AND while you’re waiting for you pizza to come out you can go next door and get some delicious German Beer! I doubt that’s why you put your business here but I can dream.

It’s an «all right’ pizza place. Inside it seems geared toward families. With the pizza, the crust leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. It’s kind of crunchy nothingness; no real taste. And I’m a total crust-lover(I never understand how people leave good pizza crusts on their plate!) so this was disappointing. Also, *do not* get parmesan on your pizza when they offer! I thought they meant a sprinkling of some parmesan cheese like your mom used to do… no, it’s a complete thick layer that you cannot remove as you eat(see picture).
