Simply put, I needed a safe ride to Stevens Pass on weekdays.
Stevens Pass Shuttle checked off all my boxes: Easy pickup locations in Seattle, long enough hours for a day trip, and a human I could contact if something came up.
To make things even sweeter, when I had to cancel a ride, it was as simple as writing an email. I didn’t expect them to respond, it was more of just a heads up, but they responded within an hour giving me the best news: easy refund, no worries!

The Stevens Pass Shuttle is the only way I get up to Stevens!
They are always professional, safe, polite and friendly! The vans are always clean! Taking the shuttle is so convenient! You can sleep on the way up, make some new friends, and the deal on lift tickets are always a plus, you don’t even have to go to the ticket window! I love taking the Stevens Pass Shuttle!

Telling me of multiple other services I could take would earn you one to two more stars. Even if they are your competition and I do end up taking a ride from them this time, next time I would still try for your service first. But that isn’t what you did. Simply awesome! Thanks to John and his crew I’ve been going snowboarding nearly every week. Skip the lines and get your lift ticket with them. Ride the shuttle with good tunes. Meet new people on the way or catch some zzzs. Don’t forget about two-​for-​one Tuesdays and bring a friend!
