I’m really impressed with this small shop. Although they’re a chain, I felt like I was visiting a mom n pop shop each time I came through over the course of the last few weeks. Feeling the need to rock some original Ray Ban Aviators, I decided to go on a citywide hunt for the best price. After visiting a few locations my boyfriend and I landed here. It’s pretty small but they had quite the variety considering they’re no bigger than my apartment. We took forever to find what we were looking for. Even though I was sure I wanted Aviators, I thought I’d try on a few dozen pairs anyway. Although I didn’t mean to, I’m sure that I left my grubby fingerprints all over the place. The woman that was working didn’t seem to mind that I handled almost everything. She even rushed over to unlock cases when I decided I wanted to try on Prada and Gucci glasses that I clearly wasn’t there to buy. After a solid 30 minutes of browsing(and all the while the woman was super friendly, patient and fun to talk to) we settled on what we wanted to buy. With our purchase we were informed that we had 90 days to exchange them. Even if we break them or scratch them ourselves! After that you have 2 years to exchange if they’re broken for 50% the original price. Considering this place was $ 10-$ 20 cheaper than most places I’d found, this make the deal even sweeter! A week after buying his sunglasses, my boyfriend scratched his. They quickly replaced them without any questions asked. For some reason this second pair didn’t seem to suit him. The lenses seemed crooked somehow so we took them in and they replaced them again. While we were there I mentioned that I really liked the complimentary sunglasses case they gave out with their Ray Bans. They have brown and black. The woman said, «Did you take brown or black?» and I said, «I took brown but I wish I’d taken the black case instead.» I didn’t even have my sunglasses(or the case on me at the time) and she just said, «Well… here, take a black one too!» and gave me a free case! Love this place.

This is a weird Sunglass Hut. It’s in a strange location/venue(a glass box on the 3rd level) and it kinda small. They also don’t have a very large selection. The staff was friendly, but I’ll probably go somewhere else next time.
