Probably going to be my shortest review, but I LOVE this place. I’ve been going here for over 10 years and it’s only gotten better. 1) although there are an overwhelming amount of stuff on the menu sometimes as a new customer, there are always some go to things you should always get: **crunch wraps(all kinds) **grillers **smothered burrito **regular tacos You can never go wrong with these options to be honest. People will always hate on Taco Bell but I grew up with it. It’s great for late night snacks, or if you just need a quick bite. 2) The staff are acceptable but the two that shines out the most are the two owners of this branch. They’re so freakin nice. Some of the staff working drive through will tell you jokes as well. 3) this isn’t going to be your Mexican restaurant type quality. But it’s definitely food for the soul if you need something comforting, or munchies. The inside décor has gotten a lot nicer over the years. They recently remodeled in the summer of 2015. It’s pretty nice inside, not going to lie. 4) overall I would stick to the drive thru. And just try something new every time. I really haven’t had a bad experience except for: A) they gave me the wrong crunch wrap B) sometimes understaffed C) the wait can sometimes get long late at night

We came here at 12AM tonight, about an hour ago. There were 4 of us, 2 orders total. Instead of telling us they didn’t like us splitting orders in the beginning, they made us wait in the parking lot to bring our orders and then proceeded to get mad at us for making 2 orders. There was NOONE behind us OR in front of us. If you don’t want us making 2 orders, then say it in the first place instead of trying to make us feel bad after the fact. Will not be returning to this Taco Bell, ever. Cannot believe the awful customer service; the young woman who helped us should not have that job. I don’t want to be served by someone who thinks we don’t deserve it. Nothing about here was pleasant. Never been treated like this at any restaurant. VERY disappointed.

Food is normal Taco Bell food. Not a problem. What’s a problem is the lack of preparedness at this location, and possibly equipment. First, I really really REALLY hate that fast food places in general, not just Taco Bell, use the practice of making the order-taker/cashier work in loops, such that they’re listening to someone else while they’re waiting on you – which, accordingly, means that they’re trying to listen to you while waiting on someone else. This was my experience with this location: 1) We pull up to window, they ask for our order. I give first item on the order, she can’t hear me. I try again, louder, she repeats something close. I hear other other being handled while this occurs. I correct the first item on the order from what she said. She puts the item on the screen. It’s not right. 2) She says just a moment(I hear background transactional stuff going on with someone else, could be staff, could be customer, don’t know) 3) I say HELLO? She says yes sorry may I help you. I repeat the corrected item. It doesn’t come up on screen. The screen wipes. By this time I’m telling her my SECOND item, expecting to continue. 4) The second item appears onscreen, first item is just GONE. She says will that be all? I say where’s the rest of my order? 5) Again she’s having trouble hearing me. I hear noise in background. I practically SCREAM that I want to see the following items on the screen, Item 1, Item 2, all details. Boom. Finally they appear. She gives us our total, we pull up(2 cars in front of us). 6) We wait and wait and wait. Maybe 7 minutes. Now one car ahead. We wait. Maybe 3 minutes. 7) Then finally it’s us. We pay. We give them something which requires one dime back. I even gave her a penny so it would be easier to give me just a dime. They can’t find the dimes. They are out of dimes. They don’t have nickels either. I’m like, never mind, but they don’t HEAR me in their commotion and talking to each other. 8) 3 minutes later they have dimes and nickels in the till, she gives us our stuff and we’re amazed we ever got out of there. And this was with NICE, TOLERANT, POLITE helpers. It took us almost 20 minutes to get fast food. The problem is either the management, the equipment, or the server/operator system, or all three. It’s JUSTNOTWORKINGTACOBELL. Take a look at this location, I think they just need some reconfiguring or help or training or new equipment or SOMETHING. But it’s not working. I am an addicted fan of TB, they better fix it. Because I’ll be back. But maybe not at this location.

This review is strictly for an item that I discovered on their dollar menu… the spicy potato soft taco. I’m not sure who came up with this, but it is really good, and one of the few interesting vegetarian options at taco bell. It basically consists of potato cubes, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and a spicy mayonnaise-based sauce on a soft tortilla. Not bad for a buck!

I come here a lot, pretty much everyday. The service here is always very good. Every cashier here so far has been friendly and polite. They treat their regulars well here, because sometimes they give me free small sodas and the like. The first two times I ate here were the only slightly negative experiences. Me and my husband each time ordered four items, each with added sour cream(.50 cents per item). Of the eight items we got, only ONE had any sour cream on it, and it was hardly anything. But that just taught me to order the sour cream on the side. When you do that, they always give you a good amount. Other than that, though, their food always seems fresh and larger and overall tastier than most Taco Bells. It’s always super cool in there too, which is great during these hot months.

Dear Taco Bell, What the hell is up with your drive through? Does anyone ever get the orders correct through there? You always charge me for food that I don’t receive!!! Lame balls! That is all!

Don’t eat here, ever. For any reason. I stood in like for 10 minutes before anyone tried to help me. The soda was extremely watered down. Also I went into the bathroom there was poop all over the floor and the lights wouldn’t come on. Everyone who works here is stupid.

this is the absolute worst taco bell i’ve ever been to. i used to live near it and kept giving them«one more chance» when i was drunk and starving. there is at least a 90% chance they will screw up your order and i’m not even exaggerating. i could count on one hand the times they got the order right… even a completely simple like 3 crunchy taco supremes, ya they screwed it up.

I live near this place, but I usually drive to the one on 90th in Seattle if I want Taco Bell. This location was OK like 4 years ago. Then the place got really nasty dirty, and the food was always crusty, made wrong, stale, etc. The place is much cleaner now, but the food is still not quite right, and they make stuff with REALLY small amounts of some ingredients. My wife got two tacos, and there was a tiny, thin line of meat with a few small pieces of cheese at the bottom of the shell. We thought it was just an empty shell at first! The food is like this across the board, and usually tastes like it has been sitting out all day(probably because no one eats here). I like to use a lot of mild sauce, since the food tastes so horrible. Unfortunately, the most they will give you at a time is 2 packets PERORDER. I told the girl I need a LOT more sauce than 2 packets, and got handed two more packets… The next visit I planned ahead, and I asked for 10 packets, but still got 2! I guess they have to cut back on product because of the lack of business? Horrible place. The last time I tried to eat here I got sick, so no more eating at this location for me.

I usually don’t write reviews on fast food, but time and time again I have been impress with the service and quality of the food here. I usually come here during lunch time through the drive –thru, and always greeted nicely and orders are always correct. When I get my food, everything is exactly as in the pictures! The lettuce is crisp, the cheese is fresh, the shells are not stale, and the filling is hot(temperature). Overall, the best Taco Bell I have ever been too.

Showed up at 12:30pm to get a quick lunch only to find it closed. Definitely the first time I’ve seen a 24 hour fast food joint closed, but closed during lunch hour? Super strange, and a little disconcerting to say the least.

Friendly Staff doesn’t make up for impatient cashier who is more concerned about the Drive-up Window, yet there are Three other employees. Dumps change in hand and it spills all over counter … Don’t know how to count the change back to the customer? I had to pick it up as they went to attend Drive-up. I mentioned this to him and he just squirmed and smiled. Floors dirty, Fruit Flies every where, beans smeared on the out side of my Crunchy Taco Supreme Wrapper! The Catina Chicken Burrito tasted like Super Sweet Salad Dressing! I didn’t even finish it! It was Awful! Yes, there is more wrong here but why go on! I thought this was a Taco Bell. 43 years of eating there all gone! Look down the street at the Old Taco Bell location– it’s Awesome!

I love my taco bell. I always come during the night when I get off work. The crew is always super nice and friendly. I always manage to come when they are out of caramel apple empanadas, which may be for the best, but that is my only complaint.

1) the night crew servers here are brain dead. 2) it’s impossible to get fire sauce from them. 3) they’ll screw up your order. 4) they’re not polite at all. 5) ambulances frequent the place. tried to give them a few chances, and it’s always the same thing. this place is dead to me.

hey, it’s a fast food place, so don’t be too hard on them. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. aside from that, they are cheap w their ingredients sometimes. and what annoys me alot is when I am greeted at the drive thru«what can I get started for you?» I hate to break it to you but THISONLYWORKSIN A REGULARRESTAURANT. funny guys there.

I nominate this Taco Bell as one of the worst of the worst I’ve ever been to. Customer Service is clearly not a priority. Food quality is sub par. Orders are almost never accurate. The dining area is never clean. The building itself is uninviting and dirty. Wait time for food is longer than most other locations. Drive down the street to the location on 90th for a much better experience. It’s not that far away and is well worth it.

I have visited his Taco Bell many times and have had the same results. Slow service, bad customer service, and mediocre food. Tonight was different. The food was actually good, the service was still slow, but the customer service was awesome. So much so that I had to ask for the guy at the windows name. His name was Michael and he is the only reason I am writing this review. Not only was he friendly, he also kept me informed on the wait time and apologized for the speed of the service. I could also hear him letting the team know that they needed to hurry the heck up. I hope your paying Michael what he’s worth because I’m considering making him a job offer. You can train anyone to make a taco, but customer service skills are hard to find.

Service through the drive thru is pretty fast I counted 1 minute even between me handing over money and then getting food I ordered the Locos Doritos Taco and they are good! Now there’s three different flavors to choose from like the regular, ranch and the spicy which I ordered. I’ve also been in the dining area and it is like that of other taco bells in the area and is clean and tidy. The bathroom is clean and well kept and the staff is fairly nice. Parkin is plentiful and it is across the street from a 76 gas station and is next to a hotel. The location is good as it provides access to the local freeway(525) overall a good location and I come here very often because of that.

This is probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The managers need to clean house… literally! When I first walked in to this joint, there was garbage on the floor. Then the second I got in the restaurant, there was this faint smoke in the air. The guy running the register seemed either pissed or impatient because after ordering Variety Taco 12 — Pack, we were asked«What variety pack?» even though an advertisement for the meal was right above his head. He didn’t even ask for anything else and just rang us up just like that. When we got home and opened up the 12 pack, we were mockingly welcomed with 12 below-par crispy corn shell tacos. Variety it was not! Boo!
