Worse hair cut I’ve gotten in Seattle so far. The lady cut my hair uneven and I had to tell her where to city more. One of those times where you don’t think it’s worth a trip but you do anyway as you don’t want to be mean.

Give Thai a picture of the hair style you want and he will replicate it on you! He’s amazing!

Ever since I moved to northern part of Seattle, I was sad when they had to move to Kent because living in Everett is too far of a drive but I didn’t know they opened one near international district!
My mom and I only trust Thai and his brother to cut our hair and we used to go to them when their only shop was in white center. I highly recommend Thai because he really takes his time and focuses on what he’s doing instead of chatting with others while snipping away! What even more of a plus is he uses hair scissors instead of razors and the trim was only $ 20! They usually trim more than how I wanted so to all the long hair ladies out there, just say a one inch trim or an inch shorter than how much you want to cut off!
I wouldn’t say the service here is like American hair salons where they work on your right away at the start of your appointment. I had to wait about 20 minutes but Thai really give beautiful results!

This place does not honor your appointments at all. I can’t even count how many times I waited to get my haircut even after showing up early to my appointments. Twice I left because I waited over an hour pass my appointment time and still no signs of my hair getting cut anytime soon. I’ve been getting my haircut with Thai A Chau since they were still in White Center, but now I’ve had enough.

I love my haircut from him same as my mom, only get her haircut and perm by Thai.

Made an appointment at 10am and still had to wait until 1045 to be seen. I asked Thai why the long wait and he said «that’s how it is around here». This is my 4^th time here and I had to wait about 45 min EVERY single time.
I wanted brown hair, showed the lady Ha a picture, she recommended a color and I trusted her so I agreed, but then the result was red hair!
A hair trim and color took 4 hrs because I had to wait 45 min in the beginning and waited in between as well.
I am busy, I will take my business to a place that value my time.
As far was the quality of the cut… meh, nothing special, I can get the same result elsewhere. without the 45 min wait (and this was with an appointment)

Thai is a amazing hair barber. Everything related to hair, I will do it here by Thai!

Terrible customer service. I made an appointment, show up earlier than appointment time and they made me wait 2 hours after the appointment time for my haircut. No explanation nor apologize. still tip regardless but feel completely ripped off
