Not only were there no hot food spreads, we came during dinner service so no famous yogurts either! Bummer! Much smaller than the other centurion lounge but well equipped with everything the other have to offer.

Just stopped by and found they have improved the food selection since my last review and was pleasantly surprised. I’m glad I stopped by today!

1. I am a Platinum Cardholder 2. My partner is a Platinum Cardholder 3. We pay over $ 600 a year in annual fees 4. I’m denied lounge access The nature of my job requires I standby travel frequently for work. I’m generally not given a seat upon checking in which means I have time to kill before going to the gate to get my assigned seat. One would think paying over $ 600 a year I would get access to the lounge. Not the case. Change the policy AMEX.

They’ve really upped the food/snack options since first opening. It’s small, but usually not too crowded. It’s new so everything still looks beautiful and sleek. Definitely worth stopping by.

This is a mini version of the Centurion Lounge. It’s clean, organized, and relaxing. Unfortunately no open bar or cooks in the background but the food is just as good and the beverages are many. No complaints here.

Came here today prior to my flight back home to the Bay and had a pleasant stay. The Centurion Studio in Seattle is smaller than its Lounge cousins but packs a big punch. The Centurion Studio doesn’t have showers, spas, or hot solid food offerings, but instead has two spacious but clean bathrooms, cold food items and hot soup. In terms of alcohol, there isn’t a full bar but instead there is wine, sparkling wine(including mimosas and bellinis) and beer. There is also ample seating and plenty of outlets to charge your laptops and phones. Wifi is also available free-of-charge(password provided at check-in desk). For food, I had veggies with humus along, a couple bowls of the French/Moroccan lentil tomato soup, and a glass of local sparkling wine. I had eaten dinner prior to coming to the Studio, so I was already pretty full– the food was tasty, filling, but most importantly… light! I was surprised at how delicious the lentil soup was – good Mediterranean flavor with a Western touch. Customer service was very professional and friendly – from check-in and from being served drinks. Typical top-notch customer service as you’d expect at any Amex Centurion facility. One very minor issue I had was with the bathrooms(both of them) — the toilet seats don’t stay up on their own when you try to lift them up. For all the gents who are reading this review, you’ll likely to hold up the toilet seat when you have to do the Number One! Hopefully this can get fixed sometime soon. Overall, I had a great time here at the Centurion Lounge. Good food offerings, clean facilities, and great service. Five stars!

Even though this Amex centurion lounge is just a «studio» I think it’s one of my favorites!!! They have a beautiful spread of food. I was there for breakfast so I tried pretty much everything they had to offer. You can see mount rainier in the distance which is just beautiful. They have a bunch of different craft beer, wine, and bubbly from local breweries which is complimentary as well. There’s a lot of seating which is great! Can’t wait to have a layover in Seattle again

I have to hand it to AMEX, even with the limited amount of space, they certainly turned it into a great space. The staff was very friendly, and while there is no bar(due to space limitations) they do come around and take drink orders. They had some good fizzy drinks as well, along with some excellent soup. Nothing better than having soup and bread while waiting for your flight.

Great place to relax before boarding your flight. The food and drink options are a little lacking but you can make do with what they have. There is a large TV to watch sports while you snack on something. No shower in the bathroom.

The Centurion Studio is, as the name implies, supposed to be a smaller version of the Centurion Lounges that can be found at SFO, LAS, DFW, and LGA. This means not only smaller in square footage but also less amenities. However, that’s not to say that the Centurion Studio is lacking at all. While the space is relatively small, there’s plenty of seating and both times we were there it was never overly full. The food selection doesn’t include hot options as the other Centurion Lounges do. This is due to the lack of a kitchen but the food spread was still better than you’d find at many of the domestic lounges. There were small sandwiches, a tomato lentil soup and some salads and aother things. There are also attendants who will take your drink orders for beer, wine and a small selection of cocktails. Service was excellent and everyone we encountered was very courteous. If I didn’t have an American Express Platinum Card would I pay $ 50 to enter? Probably not. But if you have an extremely long layover I think it would definitely become appealing.

A nice airport lounge with wifi, yummy snacks, a quiet area in the back, and friendly service. I’m so glad Seatac is home to one of the few Centurion lounges in the country. Centrally located near gate B4 I enjoy going in there for a snack and drink before and after long flights. The check-in folks are really friendly and the snacks are always well-stocked. I like that there are always fruit in baskets, dried fruit, and trail mix options available along with breads from Macrina Bakery and soft drinks galore. I especially like the Frescas they concoct that are light refreshers. My only wish is that they would have bottled water available for those days when I’m just parched from the plane and don’t need any more carbonation in me. Sometimes I just don’t have space in my carry-on for my reusable bottle!

I was expecting a lot less when I was reading the reviews. This lounge is much more spacious than I thought it would be. The layout maximizes seats and the food selection is still better than United’s lounges(and even Delta’s). Just glancing over, you can get soup, banana chips, trail mix, kettle chips, cookies/brownies, crudite, turkey sandwiches and veggie pesto sandwiches. There is also soup, a fancy pants coffee machine, and plenty of sodas which they have by the bottle or by the can. If you want some alcohol in your life, then you have to get a server to help you out, but there are local beers, wines, and mimosas. There is a TV to see the flight statuses. Platinum/Centurion members only though, you can’t buy access and the guest policy is more stringent than regular AMEX lounges.

It’s a nice studio lounge. Décor is tasteful of the Pacific Northwest with hard wood walls and charging stations. Pros: settings are comfortable and the same comfort as the big centurion lounge in SFO just a smaller cozy feel. Food selection is pretty good and thoughtful. They take into considerations every dietary needs which I think makes them a 5 stars studio lounge and much better than a regular Alaska lounges or Usairways lounges(which would be in 3.5 stars rank) We are here during lunch so there is a salad(vegan) — artichoke, red peppers and chickpea, a fruit salad, raw vegetables(snow peas, carrots, celery, cherry tomato, hard boiled eggs), a soup(lentils with tomatoes) — side condiment of crispy onions — nice touch and tobacco, sandwiches(2 types: one with meat and cheese and one with cucumber and cheese — again focusing on others dietary needs) and of course a selection of pastries(coconut macaroons, chocolate chip cookies, cupcake) and a variety of dried snacks(a variety of mixed nuts and a variety of dried fruits). Also fresh fruits that you can take with you, wrapped apples(green, red), bananas and tangerine. Beverages: a selection of local beverages(wines, beer– see my picture of the menu) and a selection of hot teas, Iced teas, cappuccino/espresso machine, and sodas. Cons: no showers available. It is well kept and the front desk ladies are very welcoming. A five star studio lounge for sure. Another great benefit of owning an American Express. Compare to The Centurion Lounge, The Centurion Studio is not really as nice but it is relatively good. A huge step up from United Club. Being new, I love the deco and different seating options. Though there is no hot food or any self served spirits but the server can bring you beers and wines if you do need a drink. Local craft beers on the list including a Pale Ale, Saison and Dark Ale, Decent set up for a short layover or some down time before your flight.

For what it is worth, a studio beats no studio. No, it is not a club, so expect continental breakfast and no braised pork or endless wine pouring service and cocktails, all on the house as it ought to be when people fork over $ 800 annual fee. But, it is essential for lazy people and misanthropes to rest our tired feet after a red eye. There are a few small sleeping cots that are nice for small people. Pastries are more than edible. Espresso is strong and completely needed after traveling to backwater places where espresso is uncommon. There are charging stations. Located in terminal B near gate B3 that opens at 5 am. Whereas the Alaska lounge did not open as early. A former boyfriend who now lives in Seattle informed me so just before my flight. Not far from Delta gates. He said it was too early to meet me there, which was a good news, considering my snuggled up in the mini size sleep cot with legs all twisted look was not how I would have wanted him to remember me.

It is what it is, I suppose… a watered down version of their clubs in other major markets, my understanding is that there simply wasn’t enough space available in a central area at Seatac. That having been said, it’s a welcome change from the overstuffed Alaska and Delta lounges at this airport. Clean and comfortable, with an accommodating staff to-boot. Well done!

Having been to other Centurion lounges, I am pretty disappointed in the studio. I live in Seattle, so I was very excited about Centurion opening. The studio still has the same sleek modern vibe as the lounges, just 1⁄3 of the size, and it gets packed. There is still plenty of options to sit and charge electronics and work. The staff is still as friendly and welcoming. There is no real food, just snacks. There is only beer and wine, no full bar, no options. I expected more, but I am still happy about having a Centurion studio at SEA.

Ambience. A Service. A Food. A– Price. A It’s new in terminal B.(Right after you pass McDonald’s.). If you have an Amex centurion business card it’s part of the special rewards to get into the club. Love the swanky sleek modern look. Service is friendly. Food is delicious and good variety. They serve beer and wine by request. Just ask a server. No hard liquor though. It’s nice to have this as alternative to the over busy Delta or Alaska board rooms. I heard this was a condensed version of a centurion room. I’ll probably only use if inner terminal B. Nice to have more choices. I’m a fan, though.

Quite a letdown from the«Non Studio» Centurion Amex lounges. No Hard Liquor, no Hot Food other than that quite nice. Excuses are not enough room and Washington State liquor laws. ALASKA and other carriers have found out a way to serve. Amex please step up your Game.

Woohoo!!! The Centurion series has finally arrived at SEA! This airport lounge just opened in the B terminal. It’s smaller and simpler than the Centurion Lounge locations, but still keeps its classy style and professional hospitality. You can expect some fresh veggies, fruits, chips, crackers, cookies and YUMMY chocolates. The coffee, tea, espresso drinks, soda, etc. are excellent as well. It’s a little odd to navigate the alcohol situation though. There’s no bar, but you can ask a server for complimentary dranks.
