My husband and I have been taking our drycleaning and alterations here for 6+ years and are loyal customers. The owner/​woman who works there is kind, efficient and remembers our names. She’s flawlessly and quickly altered everything from bridesmaid dresses to work apparel to sequined costumes. We come here so much they gave us a special garment bag for our clothes that need to be laundered. We park out front in the loading zone to pick up/​drop off. I rarely write reviews, but these guys deserve the vote of confidence.

Just a heads up — they charge PER PIECE for laundry drop off — not by the pound. Cheaper to get it done in a hotel! People were nice though…

Convenient to work, super nice lady and she was able to take out my man-​sized Golden Girls shoulder pads from a new blazer that I bought. Under $ 20 so SCORE!
The only problem is that the place can get pretty busy.

I work on the opposite side of town and they are only open on weekdays… none of that matters because she does good word, has a fair price and honest. I bypass close to a thousand dry cleaners just to come here because of the work. The one time I tried to be lazy and bring my clothes to local cleaner and they ended up ruining an expensive blouse and tried to say I brought the blouse in that condition.

This is a really convenient downtown dry cleaner. The woman who works here is honest and does a great job. Definitely my go-​to place for dry-​cleaning and alterations.

Got a pair of jeans hemmed at Union Square Cleaners. Usually I can spot a jean hem a mile away, but they look flawless!
I still bring my dry cleaning here even though I no longer work in Two Union Square. Worth going out of the way for.

I started going here, not just for drycleaning but for alterations. I’m short & so all of my pants including my jeans need to be hemmed. The lovely lady that works here is such a gem! I love that she remembers my name even if I haven’t been in for months.
Union Square cleaners always does a great job, it’s reasonably priced & for the most part quick. She’ll work with you if you need something done fast. If you work near 6th/​Union you should try it out.
