Wedgewood Estates

After moving into the Wedgewood Estates I realized I had made the right decision. The staff was the friendliest I have ever dealt with. I lived there for two years and from the very beginning they remembered my name and my partners, Even the handyman went out of his way to say hi whenever he saw me. I regret moving out and hope that if I need an apartment again in the future they will be able to accomodate. The property was beautiful and the neighborhood was awesome. Anytime that I had a concern they were courteous and kind and took care of it promptly. At times I admit I can be loud, not once did we have a noise complaint. For sure this is a great place to live in if you are looking to move into a new place.

If you need a fairly reasonably priced apartment in North Seattle this is a good choice. Within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants and limited shopping, very nicely tended grounds with lots of trees, and a pool and playground. I like all the free extra services the office provides, like watering plants when people are on vacation and UPS dropoff. Things get fixed quickly. Wedgwood is a nice, quiet, comparitively safe neighborhood to live in and college students often rent the 3 bedroom apartments, which can be hard to find.
