My husband and I met twice with Glenn Fricker. He estimated the renovation work to be done in our home. He said that he’d put us in touch with subcontractors, so that we could get more exact estimates. And then, nothing.
A week and a half later, after we contacted him, we received a one line email saying that he wasn’t interested in our job. That was it. No reason. Nothing.
We would not recommend Glenn Fricker because we’d be concerned that the same lack of professionalism would extend into the renovation projects he does.
It’s too bad. If only he knew that carelessly ending relationships doesn’t leave customers feeling good about the business owner, or the quality of his work.
