VIP Nails

I had an absolutely awful and painful experience today. I had shellac put on, when the manicure was done I noticed bubbles in several nails and a chip on the side of one I also noticed some nails were darker than others. I brought it to the technicians attention and she became very angry. First she asked why I didn’t tell her there were bubbles on my nail before she was done. I replied that she was the licensed professional and should have noticed the nails looked awful. As my nails were soaking she explained she talked to her manager and they could not redo my nails because I was «too difficult» she proceeded to tell me they were going to charge me for a full manicure. I pressed them and explained it wasn’t my fault they did an awful job and I was not Going to pay for a manicure when I had not received one. As she took off the polished she made me bleed TWICE. my nails are really scratched and two fingers are red and bleeding. Stay away from this place at all costs. I am very upset with how I as treated. See the pictures of what I had to pay $ 10 for!

When I first started coming here I really like that it was very clean and a nice atmosphere. I stopped going to them a few years ago because of the same reasons I decided to stop going to them again. I have given them too many chances. Any complaint that I have they have an excuse for it, And never their fault Or willing to fix-​it free.
My issues…
Previous nail polish up under solar nails where you could see through them. (I was told it was because I painted my nails on the cuticle).Nail tips put on crooked (they told me my finger was crooked). And nails that are filed awkwardly (They seem to get annoyed when you point that out). I have always been a good client and always tip well. But I am tired of getting screwed over by people, especially people that are here to provide a service.

Don’t waste your time or money. I’ve gone here twice, trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but both times were awful. My gel manicure didn’t last more than 3 – 4 days each time. The second time I went, the young girl who ended up doing my manicure (after sitting across from me and texting for 10 minutes) had no business touching anyone. She didn’t nip my cuticles or skin, nothing. Just removed polish, cut me repeatedly with the nail file (How? I’ll never know.) then continued to text and eventually call her boyfriend (?) while she was polishing my nails. Seriously, I don’t expect much from these places, but this one really takes the cake. It’s unclean and their techs clearly aren’t trained. For your own health and safety, stay away.

This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. She was rough, made me bleed, it looked sloppy and the polish was so old it bubbled. Then as I was waiting for my nails to dry she and her co-​worker sat there and sucked noisily on sunflower seeds and spit the shells into the trash for a good 15 mins. So unprofessional. Didn’t seem very clean either. Go elsewhere!
