These people are thieves. I bought an axillary wire for my car and it stopped working within weeks. I went back in there and asked if they would replace it as it was $ 15 cable. The manager said all sales are final and would not speak to me any further. Dismissed me like I was unimportant and no more than a fly on his counter. I will never shop in there again.

This Metro PCS has new owners and buyer beware. They will lie to you to get you to buy phones that are not selling. When I went back I was told we have a no return policy for exsisting customers. When I called her out for lying to me about several features, she didn’t even try to deny it, just repeated the no return policy. When I told her that the touch screen wasn’t picking up my touch, she removed my screen protector and threw it away. She had sold me a mirrored one and didn’t have any «regular ones» and refused to refund my money. I currently have complaints in with the BBB, Florida Consumer Rights Protection, and Metro PCS customer care. I was mislead into buying a coolpad quattro 4g which does not even to compare to the LG Motion I was looking at. The girl kept re-​directing me to the coolpad assuring me it was just as good and I’d be very happy with the pictures etc… and said it would be better for me going from a blackberry to andriod with the larger phone. Well… she got me! $ 198+ for phone plus accessories and $ 15 for changing the phone I was using… BUYER BEWARE! Also, Metro only has a return policy if you have never had metro… new customers only and that applies to all stores as well as online purchases. Don’t be fooled by the «returns with less than 1 hr talk time» because if you already had a metro phone number there is a no return policy.
