I’ve been working with Steve for years. He is always friendly and the carpet looks beautiful when he is done. He really remembers our house and carpet and knows what we need. He never tried to upsell the job. In fact last time he was here, he showed me why
certain carpet does not have to be cleaned. He is very honest and we leave him in the house by himself. In fact one time we were out of town and he came and a friend let him in. We have tried lots of carpet cleaners over the years and Steve is by far the best.

We recently had our berber carpets and 6 dining room chairs cleaned by Custom Cleaning. We usually do it ourselves with our steam cleaner so I wasn’t sure what to expect. What a difference a professional makes! My husband and I were shocked to see the carpets and chairs looked like new. We have 2 young boys and 2 small (and somewhat naughty :) dogs. Needless to say my carpets had many stains and we were getting ready to just give up on the chairs and have them reupholstered. The owner and his employee are great and the service well exceeded my expectations. I really liked the idea of using a local small business over a chain. I will definitely be having my carpets cleaned at least yearly from now on!
