I would have given this place 1 star but the only reason I gave it 2 is because the manager paula is extremely nice. I came here to fill my script from my eye doctor at a different location. When they came in they were a bit blurry and gave me vertigo and a headache within minutes. Mind you, I’ve been wearing glasses for 2 years and have never had this issue. I decided to schedule an eye exam with americas best in hopes to make my script correct. paid 45 bucks out of pocket since my insurance only covers one exam per year. When my new glasses came in. blurry AGAIN. At this point I’m about to give up. The optician Joe was very arrogant… he told me that I should wear them and get used to them. as if I don’t know what a wrong prescription feels like. I insisted they give me a new exam for free. Well here I am… I walked in and the Spanish girl behind the desk yelled at me and told me that I would need to come back another day. WTF?! I have an appointment! Her dumbass finally figured out that I was supposed to be there and TOLDME to go sit in the back. What ignorant staff they have. Totally uneducated with zero customer service skills. I hope they fix this problem. They have no care for Thier customers at all. I wish I would’ve spent my money somewhere else… anywhere but here. Do yourself a favor and try another company!

420p appt for my son’s eye exam. Optometrist was friendly and efficient but after that it was all down hill! Extremely long wait to check out even if you aren’t getting glasses. Smh. If you have a eye plan/insurance they get very confused. Writing this review since I have so much time while waiting for the optician to find my insurance in the computer. Mind you I gave him the insurance card and even had the benefits printed out. Smh. Now he’s trying to call them. Sad situation here, better off going anywhere else! If you have no insurance and just want a couple cheap pair of glasses, it may be beneficial to come here… maybe. Be sure to block a few hours for your appt, it will not be an in and out experience!

Wish I could give them zero stars or negative stars. My girlfriend and I have been there on 3 occasions, 3 eye exams, and still never gave her the correct contacts. NEVERHADTHATHAPPENEVER!!! Then to make matters worse the staff was rude. No apologizes, no refund for the eye exams that were not done properly. Save yourself the time, money and aggravation and go ANYWHERE else.

I called again today to find out where my contacts were and was told I was due for an eye exam. I guess I’ve been waiting over a year for contacts! Good thing I like myself in glasses.

I’ll add a star because they did reach out to me and try to make this right. Unfortunately, when they did, I didn’t get the call because I was on vacation. I didn’t get the number from the guy, and honestly, I’ve been so busy lately that I’ve forgotten to try and get back to them. I’m very pleased at the fact that they have tried to reach out to me, but the customer service in the store really soured my experience. I shouldn’t have to complain on-line in order to get decent service.

We recently ordered contact lenses from this location and will never go back. The customer rep, Kathy was extremely rude and unhelpful to us. She ended the conversation with«sorry, we have a lot of customers at the store.» Clearly, they think they have too much business already and does not care about their customers.
