Accurate Irrigation

This «company» receives 1 star only because zero or negative star ratings are not an option here. I scheduled a week in advance and worked from home to accommodate them at the time they said they would arrive. I received a call 8 minutes before the scheduled arrival time stating that a tech had called in sick so they would have to reschedule. Fine.
Fast forward a couple of days. They were supposed to have been here nearly 3 hours ago but still nothing. I’ve called their office several times only to be told «the tech is on his way» each time. They are either incompetent, dishonest or both. If you can’t trust them to show up for a scheduled appointment you probably don’t want to trust their work either. Save yourself the aggravation. You’ve been warned.
UPDATE:
When I arrived home later today there was an Accurate irrigation truck in front of my house. They diagnosed and repaired my dead sprinkler zone [which included digging up a 3 ft long patch of my backyard] within 20 minutes. When i asked what the bill would be I was told «nothing.» The guy didn’t seem too happy to be there but I suspect that’s because he had to cover for someone else who dropped the ball. We all make mistakes. It says something when a company acknowledges and fixes them. Raising rating to 2 stars from negative 2. You now have the full picture. Choose wisely.
