One star, but only because that was the lowest option available.
My friend made arrangements to send me a bouquet of cut flowers for my birthday. A ridiculous looking bundle of flowers fanned out like a funeral arrangement was delivered. I called and spoke to the shop owner, explaining that the bundle was so cumbersome that I had to put it into a garden bucket. She agreed to replace the bouquet with something more appropriate for the occasion, but when the delivery person arrived with the replacement, he was extremely rude. Seriously, if you’re going to go to replace it, why be rude about it. What a disappointing experience.

Best florist south of ATL! Their yellow roses last for almost 2 full weeks! Love this place!
