Great food! Always fresh and delicious! Really good customer service as well. Some of my faves are lamb shish with rice, shepherds salad, cigars, humus and babaganoush. Wait time is pretty small too.

Used to eat here all the time for some good, reasonably priced Turkish food. Prices started going up, quality went down. I stopped ordering. Today I said «haven’t had Anatolian in a while, let’s order». This is what I get…
$ 20 for cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and some dried out gyro meat??? Wow. Fuck you, Anatolian Gyro. Your food is average and your prices are absurd. I’m done with you.

I used to love this place. But I think it changed hands and few of the long time workers I’ve known have left (been coming here for 20 years if not longer). Gyro is not cooked the same, nor are kebobs. Still good, but not extra good like it used to be. Ordering and delivery suck. You really need to order in person and check every bag for accuracy of your order, otherwise you might be in for surprise. 5 years ago it would have been a 5 star place, sadly today it’s only 3 stars. Service inside also so so, had to ask for everything, even water.

Very pleasant place with great food! We often purchase gyro wraps to go for the whole family and enjoy them every time.

I love it here.
The food here is really great. My friend took me here to celebrate my birthday.
I ordered chicken Kebob platter and my friend ordered chicken Adana platter.
One thing that bothers me is that they are very cheap on the rice.
The customer service here were great.
Employees were very nice and the place was so sparkly clean (Hygiene is very important to me)
We received our food in less than 20min.
The waiter always came around to see if we needed anything which was awesome. (so don’t be cheap with tipping)

Food is average. Service is remarkably poor. Had to ask for fork, knives and even water. Not recommended.

Good place to eat meat. I like their lamb gyro in turkish bread. Plates with lamb are also good.
Quiet place. I like it. The only reason for 4 stars is because staff members are not that friendly as it supposed to be in the restaurant.

Can I give less than 1 star? Never coming here again. I come in to grab a sandwich to go because I am in a rush. Order a lamb gyro pita and ask for white sauce inside which gets noted on my receipt and acknowledged by the prep staff. They call my number and the head guy «Ali» says he doesn’t have any sauce up front but they gonna put some prepackaged in my bag. I laugh as this is pretty ridiculous but they hand me the bag and I leave. Get to my car 2 blocks away, open the bag and there is no white sauce. Walk back to the store, give «Ali» my bag and say look inside. He says there was sauce in the bag when he gave it to me. Starts swearing up and down that he is 100% that there was sauce in the bag. Like do I have nothing better to do? I really wanna walk back and forth while my lunch gets cold… As he argues wth me and says lets check the cameras which I challenge him to do, one of the guys behind the counter steps up and says «hey the customer is right. (They) didn’t put the sauce because the receipt was marked for inside.» Meanwhile he took my sandwich and drowned it in white sauce which he now miraculously had at his station. So I ate my cold sandwich covered in sauce out of principle and will never go back to this place again. Should have gone to Sahara.

Have been ordering from here for years and dining in once in a blue. The new renovation is nice but the prices went up slightly.
I was recently put onto grilled chicken rather than the kebabs and it tastes amazing! I def recommend this dish. Everything else is pretty good and consistent here.

Best Turkish place in around! Absolutely love their service, they’re friendly and super fast during deliveries and pick-​ups! Their gyros are always on point and super big, which will satisfy an empty stomach! Also their shepherds salads rock especially with feta cheese on top. The chicken shish kebabs are also worth a try their really juicy and delicious! Definitely come here for either a sit down lunch/​dinner as they have restaurant seating in the back or just order for delivery/​pick-​up!

I’m not a big fan of Turkish food, but if any restaurant were to change my mind, it might be this one! It’s located a couple of blocks away from the Sheepshead Bay Q train station. When you enter, you immediately see the shawarma (meat on a huge spit). There’s a large counter where you can order takeout, and then a bunch of tables in the back with wait service.
I enjoyed the décor here — lighting is dim but a lot of natural lighting came in through the skylights, which add so much character to the place. There’s beautiful artwork on the brick walls and everything had a clean and new feel to it.
We ordered fried calamari to start and it was delicious — piping hot, perfectly breaded, and paired with a thick, hummus-​like sauce. I also ordered a chicken gyro and my boyfriend got the chicken kebab entrée. Meat was very flavorful, and there’s really good white sauce and hot sauce to go with it. The rice that came with the kebabs was so soft and flavorful. We also got very good Turkish bread to go with our meal. Overall a very satisfying meal and great service.

Even even not considering the customer service, the food is bland. Once upon a time when this place was small, the care of food was immense.
The more they expanded the worse the got. Terrible falafel, bland sides. Their pastries are not fresh.
The only thing that is consistent is the lentil soup, but for 6.00 a pop, I can get a better soup in the city.

I come here all the time because it’s one of my favorite Turkish places in the area! I took off one star because the service could use some work. I like the hot bread that comes when you just sit down which is great with their hummus. As a starter, we always start with a shepards salad with feta cheese which is always nice and fresh. Sometimes I like to have the chicken soup when j want something light and it’s really good! The gyros are on point! The meat is always fresh and tasty. I don’t have any complaints and will continue coming here.

Four stars because I absolutely love the food and have been ordering from here for 20 years. Downside? Their hosts need to be properly trained. Every time I order online the order gets screwed up. Every time I call in, it’s a long process and sometimes they still screw it up. Either way, food is worth it.

Best Turkish food I have ever found. I love the lamb they make it great. Tender juicy and delicious. The place is very clean, good service, clean bathroom. You can’t go wrong with Anatolian gyro.

Would’ve originally gave this joint a five about 4 months back. It’s gone down a small bit like the bread used to be super fresh and now not all the time. Great Adana, gyro both chicken and lamb is very good and their feta salad is much better than say Beyti Turkish is (in Brighton under the train). Get a slice of cheesecake either the chocolate or strawberry one. Five stars for the cake.

I come here quite often because it is in the neighborhood and their gyro is delicious! The décor is really nice, most of the staff is friendly and very nice but on a lot of occasions I have had to wait extra on a forgotten order although the place was half empty so I would give them a 3 star mainly because of that and the lack of lights when seated in the back. Besides that, I think their food is really good. The gyro, the lentil soup, the salads, all very good!

Liver (dined in) was amazing.
Various other things I’ve tried such as adana and kebobs have been very good but maybe a bit too salty for me personally, but I do tend to under-​salt my food. Overall a very good take out place with reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
