My husband broke the clasp on his rope chain & stopped in to see if they could fix it. The gentleman was very friendly, attentive & fixed the chain while he waited. Such good customer service will make this our new jewelry store!

Bad news, put you off, do not call you, not worried about my $ 10,000 ring I dropped off to get a band made. Just wait, maybe we can get to you!!! I went to pick the ring up that I had dropped off to get a mold made of, said a few days (it has been 14 days) it was not in the store, it was shipped somewhere!!! Where is it? supposed to be made in the store. Bad news, do not go here! Am I going to get the same stones back on my ring or do they keep sooooo long so they can replace the stones while I sit at home and wait for a phone call? Don’t waste your time, many jewelers in the area that are honest.
Again Bad news. I don’t even want to get into the details of the man’s wedding band. over 4 wasted trips, and a lot of runaround for a $ 300 ring…

Never a phone call from them, keep you hanging. What a disappointment!
