Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This has been the best rental ever! I was in and out in 10 minutes. The car was great and the service at Enterprise Shelby was awesome. The staff was friendly and made sure I had all I needed for a great weekend getaway

Once again, these guys «wowed» me. Friday night on a whim, decided to rent a car and visit my family who was already in Gatlinburg. After commuting 13 hours already this week, I said «if they’re still open and they have a cool car, I’m going, otherwise I’m sleeping the whole weekend». Still open at 6:10 (supposed to close at 6). Why? Because they don’t close until all the customers have been helped. Great philosophy! Any cool cars? Who wants to drive a brand new bad ass souped up jet black Challenger to the mountains? Oooh, oooh, pick me! With very little coaxing, these guys gave me a great discount for the weekend. The whole transaction was two minutes from desk to car. Great service. Was able to leave my car on their lot over the weekend and pick her up safe and sound. Thanks again!
