I have dealt with this place twice, but never again. Everyone here is rude and unhelpful. The place looks like a junk yard. They sent me off the first time without hooking any lights up. They acted like helping me hook the trailer up at all was an imposition. All around a low class, trashy place. UHaul is doing a disservice to its brand by allowing them to continue to franchise.
