I spent about ½ hour in the store. Store employee didn’t even look at me never mind asking me for assistance. They missed out on a rather big job. I like to give the local businesses the work to keep the money in the community. But the hell with them

The product they supply is fine– the installation is a nightmare!!!
Nothing but poor quality workmanship– I had vinyl tiles placed at my business.
There were loose tiles, cracked tiles, the list goes on.
It took about 2 months to get it somewhat right– then I gave up.
I would never use them again. Lesson learned.
