Beautiful building, it looks like a hotel and is furnished like one. They have a dog park, which was a huge selling point for us. All the neighbors we met are very cordial. There are rented floors and homeowners. Bruce is the point person should you need anything and all the security staff are very friendly, and know your name and your pets! The apartment layouts are spacious and diverse, have stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer and high ceilings. We live on the renter floors so I can only imagine what the homeowners apartments look like, and they also have the added feature of a balcony. The building is located in a corporate complex. We share a parking garage with companies in building 6 which include MetLife and Sikorsky, other buildings utilize the parking like Prudential. The restaurant Il Palio is also in this complex. The only thing that I would change is that renters are not given access to the onsite rooftop pool and gym. However we do have access to a corporate gym in building 3, which is fine. The only way this place could exceed my expectations is if I could land a job in one of these buildings. Best commute ever!!! Helloooo is anyone listening ;)
