I’ve been a Kelsey patient for more than 8 years now along with my kids and family members as well. I have nothing but good words for this company. If you need to make an appointment you just call anytime of the day and if it is after hours the appointment desk person will connect you to a nurse depending on the situation. I usually can get an appointment with easy (unless it’s a certain specialist then it might take a while). The staff are so friendly from the check in, the nurses, lab, and x-ray, ultrasound and the doctors. Everyone is always great even at the end of the day. I will keep coming back until they don’t take my insurance.

I was not happy with the service given there. This was our first time there and we were the last patient to be seen so it was more than obvious that everyone was ready to get out of there. This in no way should affect the type of care given. There were no smiles or welcoming attitudes given by the CNA or the Dr. As could be ecpected my child was already nervous to be at a new doctors office. This was a new environment for my child and neither did Dr Lung or her staff try to make it a positive experience. We will not be returning to this clinic. I was very disappointed with the service given.

Normally I don’t mind going to the doctor. The girls at the front desk are so sweet and the LVNs are usually friendly. NOT today!!!
I’ve never seen this one and I’ve been coming here for over 15 years. She never said hello and acted like she hates her job. She didn’t smile once during our entire interaction. When she spoke, she appeared annoyed and spoke in a demanding tone. «Stand on the scale»… «Sit on the table»… «Sit in the chair». I tried to make small talk but she didn’t want any part of it.
The medical field is for those that want to help people… My advise to this woman is find another field… I’m just sorry that I didn’t get her name.

I’ve been going to Kelsey Seybold for about 10 years, and thought they were great until the last year or so. When having lab tests performed, the results are posted on their website, MyKelseyOnline. You get an email, saying that test results are available, then find that the results are no more than a vague tweet. After waiting anxiously for the results for two weeks, and $ 700 worth of tests, I think a phone consultation from the doctor is in order. I will be looking for a new cllinic to take care of my health care needs.

I love Kelsey Seybold. We just moved to Texas and they are one-stop shop for everything. Our gen. prac dr is there and most importantly, our AMAZING pediatrician, Dr. Kozak. He is amazing, and relaxed and just incredible. You can make an appointment online if you’re not a phone person. They have their own lab there so you’re not driving all over creation.
For such a huge practice, we really feel like we get great individual attention.
I love them.
