Like others have stated, these guys got my sliding glass door window ordered and replaced within 4 days. Not only was it half the time others had quoted me, it was also substantially cheaper!

I would strongly encourage anyone in need of help to continue looking. These guys don’t have the first clue on how to run a business or customer service. If you appreciate being misled and having your time wasted, these are your guys. There are plenty other service providers on here worthy of your time and money.

Had 3 window panes replaced within 24 hours of my first call… Beat THAT with a stick! (But not really, since they ARE new windows.)
No lie: From the time I called Billy to the time I paid him for work completion, less then 24 hours had passed. His estimate was also HALF of the lowest price I was quoted from two other contractors. He was pleasant to work with, even though he did have to contend with spiders during the job, and I was entirely pleased with the outcome of his work.
I’m not only reviewing him to get the word out about a job well done, but also so I can go back to him if/when we need him for window replacements in the future!
