Steer clear of this«at$t store» because they are a an authorized retailer for at$t and they are a joke. Tried to return a phone on the fourteenth day when they told me I could return it and they said I was not in the 14 day period when I clearly was. They claim to have a bullshit policy about how to count when you first buy the product. This store should be shut down or called something else.

These guys are about as bad as it gets. Terrible does not even begin to describe the level of service I have received. Just go to the real AT&T store down the street

Left work to buy a pre-paid phone for a client, only to get back to work and discover the phone is used, full of pictures, text messages, emails, contacts, ect. Not only that, there is no charger. Now when I attempt to call the store no one answers the phone. The employees here are a fucking joke. Great work guys.

Got a new building a mile down the road. At&t said i could port the number. Thursday i called at&t to port number, 5 hours later got confirmation. Next day i found when i tried calling number it was disconnected. I was then told that they changed the number because it was not portable. 7 hours later and now furious. They sell me on on a u-verse internet package. Great deal and i was getting a free samsung tablet, but would have to pay $ 100 deposit. I paid and the install was to be the next day. I called the next day wondering when they would be there. They said oh the deposit never went through. On the phone now again for another 4 hrs. At&t calls wells fargo with me on line and got confirmation of transaction. They still couldn’t confirm it. So i had to start all over and pay another $ 100.00 deposit. Install would be Thursday. Still getting Tablet and a great deal but furious. I call Weds morning to confirm install for that day. They had no record of it but confirm the deposit. Now ready to explode. They redo the order but now cant give me the tablet. Furious but need to get business back online they say the best we can do is set up install for monday the 20th. Ugh the monsanto of communications i just took a breath and handled it. Today now two days later, on my way to get coffee i get a call from At&t.(we are sorry for the inconvenience, but because you had this number shut off we cant get it back for you. WTF. So i go to a branch location and explain the above. They were like WTF, we will handle it. I sat in the store for 3 hrs, supplying emails and all confirmations. To hear there is nothing we can do. Now guess how i feel??? O ask what now? The at&t store manager said. I wouldn’t wait for a refund from us. Go to your bank and lawyer and file fraud cases. Now all this time, money and frustration. No phone, no internet -$ 200.00. And now have to source new company and update over 2500 customers 200 plus vendors, all web advertisements and sites, corp paperwork etc. ALL I GOT was a couple of «SORRYFORTHEINCONVENIENCE». AT&T THEMONSANTOOFCOMMUNICATIONS. AT&T SUCKS!
