I wouldn’t spend another penny in this salon if I was paid to. In a 2 week period I spent a total of $ 500 in this salon to not only be treated bad but get a bad hair treatment for my 11 year old. A Brazilian Blowout was recommended for her mixed long hair, the promises they made of her leaving it down & being able to manage it herself have not come true. In the middle of the process the owner moved the stylist & my daughter upstairs & straight out the back door to the stoop on the top floor outside in the heat. I couldn’t believe the unprofessionalism that was displayed and when I asked to speak with him about it he told me the chemicals were bothering his other clients. Apparently my money & daughter were not seen as a client. I spoke directly with Lesia & told her how bad we were treated & she said she would speak to me. 2 ½ weeks later I’m still waiting. They charged me more than was quoted as well. Then proceeded to tell me I had to buy products for this treatment. The next day I contacted Lesia again trying to give her the opportunity to make this right, a week later she said she wanted to send a «formal letter of apology» still waiting for that too!
Don’t honor this business with your money & I highly recommend they take a Business Class and learn how to treat customers as I will never be one again!

Leisa is great hairdresser. She is talented and extremely versatile. She took my weave hair and transformed several pieces into clip-​on extensions that I can use anytime to add fullness.

I have found my new hair stylist! Lesia is awesome and very reasonably priced. She took the time to explain each and every product she used and what it does for my hair. My hair (after getting a relaxer) felt so bouncy, smooth and healthy. The salon also has a very relaxing atmosphere. Definitely recommend :)

Not sure why it has taken me so long to write this review. I have been going to Lesia for about two years now. I have had nothing but great results from her. I even followed her from her shop in Encino. I swore I would NEVER cut my hair short as long as I lived. Then one day I decided to go for it. She made the transition so easy. I wish I hadn’t waited so long. Then again, maybe it’s a good thing I waited until I found her. As long as she is doing hair, I will be her client.

Visiting from out of town and I needed my hair washed and styled last minute. Lesia was the second stylist I called and she answered right away and was able to squeeze me in same day. The salon was easy to locate, clean and the staff was friendly. I was offered a cappuccino and a bagel while I waited which was less than 5 minutes. Lesia was very friendly and I was very impressed with her service and technique. She styled and washed my install in a timely manner and gave me excellent recommendations for style upkeep. If you’re looking for a friendly, experienced stylist Lesia will take great care of you and your hair.

I’ve been with Lesia for 3 years now and she’s fantastic! I love the new location in Granada Hills. She’s very good at understanding exactly what new styles and colors I’m looking for and executing them better than I could have imagined! I recommend her to all my family and friends.

The new place is fantastic. Lesia is fabulous. professional yet nice and a great hairdresser. We drive from the Hollywood hills to see her… that says a lot!

I purchased a groupon on living social for a haircut and blowout and was incredibly pleased with the beautiful job Lesia did. I had a memorial to go to and Lesia fit me in last minute for my appointment. Regardless of the increased traffic these website deals cause she fit me in for everything I needed done including adding a press at the very last minute during my appointment and was super accommodating. She did a gorgeous job, was extremely warm and friendly the entire appointment and was extremely accommodating. I’ll be recommending her services to all of my friends!

I purchased a groupon for a hair cut, highlights and blow dry. I was really pleased with Lesia’s work and overall friendliness. My only critique is that I wasn’t offered any water etc. This gesture has become somewhat of an industry standard plus I had just come back from a hike so I was super thirsty! Otherwise Lesia delivered an awesome service.

Although I can’t comment on the service, I’m commenting on the level of professionalism. Lesia or whatever her name is cancelled an hour before my appointment. When I called to reschedule to could not provide a firm answer. I gave her yet another shot and gave me a date and time. When I show up, she is nowhere to be found. Her peer inforned me she had left 2 hours prior. I call her about 4 times and no answer. I have yet to receive a phone call.

Despite weeks of calls & texts I could not even get an appointment. I am quite sure that the reason was because they were trying to avoid people using living social vouchers. They were really shady in how they avoided the appointment: lying about calling me back, pretending their computer system was down and just plain not responding to multiple voicemails & texts — they never picked up the phone once. Do not waste your time with this unprofessional business.

I don’t know what the issue is with this company’s phones but I bought a Groupon deal and called over and over for a month. The phone just rang and rang. I finally contacted Groupon and they contacted the salon on my behalf. I received an email from them to which I replied and still have not received a response. I called Groupon again. I can’t say anything about their services but do NOT buy their groupon deal.

Have had my hair cut twice by Lisa (Lesia?) at Nikko Salon and both cuts have been among of the best I’ve ever had. Lisa is very friendly and great at cutting hair. Notably, the last hair cut she gave me was so good that I was able to go almost 4 months before cutting it again. As it grew out, it actually looked better and better. This time I had a Living Social coupon for cut and highlights, and she treated me with as much care and attention as if I was a full-​paying customer. I told her I wanted to look like Meg Ryan, and when she was done I really did :) I highly recommend this stylist and will never get my hair cut anywhere else in L.A.

Great place! Lesia is so sweet and professional! She has swift hands; she’s so precise and the highlights came out good! I love my haircut — I’m def going back in a few mos. :))

When I first moved to California, I had no idea where to get my hair done. My cousin, who is a PSYCHO when it comes to getting her hair done (she is EXTREMELY picky on hair stylists, and will not settle for anything less than perfect), recommended Nikko Hair Studio to me. She got a Brazilian Blowout done there, and it looked… amazing. To say the least.
I went to Nikko Hair Studio and was absolutely amazed with my results. I wanted ombré hair… Lesia knew exactly what to do and exactly how to do it with no fuss and buss. I felt comfortable and at home here and I would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone who is looking for amazing quality service at affordable rates.

Found her through groupon, and am so glad I chose her place. She really worked with me both on time and price. I got there, parked on the street behind the salon because it was after 6 and its free then for an unlimited time, until then its only for 2 hours. There’s also metered parking right in front of the salon complex she’s in. Hers has 2 chairs and a place to wash hair. I got mine cut and dyed dark brown with red tips, and cut in kind of a different style too. She knew exactly what I wanted and it turned out perfect. She’s really nice and makes you comfortable right away. I’ll be going back for sure.

You know how you feel after you get an awesome haircut? That’s exactly how I felt after seeing Lesia. She did an awesome job highlighting my hair, cutting it and styling. It was my first time to get highlights so I was a bit nervous but I wish I had done it sooner!
I was a bit hesitant to ask her regular prices, for fear I wouldn’t be able to afford it, but she’s actually more reasonable than some other Valley hair salons I had visited.
I finally found a stylist I want to stick with!

I am always apprehensive of cutting my hair because I rarely get my hair cut the way I want it. Secondly, my husband likes long hair and he is always against my hair cutting.
Anywys, since I am almost 9 months pregnant, I wanted to get my hair done once so I dont have to worry about them for the next few months. I found Nikko on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. Well I have to say this is the first time the reviews actually reflect the real picture. Lesia is great. She just knows what you want once you talk to her.
I have weird curly/​wavy hair but with a softer texture and I feel the need to tame it all the time. But the way Lesia has cut them, even with messier hair, it doesn’t look bad at all. I have had a lot of compliments on my hair at work. And surprisingly, my husband liked my hair even when it was a bit shorter.
Thanks Lesia. I think she’s going to be my stylist for the longest time.
Just a small con though, Lesia is yet not set up for credit card so you might have to carry the required cash with you.
oh and I forgot to mention, she’s very very reasonable on price.

At the Nikko hair studio, Leisa right away knew exactly what I needed; picked the right hair color and cut my hair in the lairs the way I imagined.
My whole visit was extremely pleasant and definitely will go back. I am recommending her to everyone. Still love my hair! Thank you, Leisa!
