Zarek has become my photographer of choice from day one, many years ago… my wedding. His artistry is amazing, and he is so enjoyable to work with. Most of all, my wedding album still blows away any I have ever seen! Perfection! I have used him since for my pregnancy portraits which are so unique and tasteful, my daughters portraits, and for our yearly family holiday card. Every year I am asked who took my family portrait, and I have shared his name so many times! I have recently seen his boudoir portraits, and am working up the nerve to have him take some for me… go to his sight and take a look, they are gorgeous! I am a fan.

Zarek just shot my son’s Bar Mitzvah after having shot my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah four years ago. He captured every great moment and even some that I didn’t know about. He stays very unobtrusive while shooting and knows the key shots of the ceremony. I would highly recommend him for a Bar/​Bat Mitzvah or any occasion.

This is being written in response to today’s theme, «Yelp Oughta Be In Pictures.»
I love Zarek! His work (including the photo I have posted on my profile) is second to none. I’m one who has grown up not liking to be photographed, but Zarek has changed that. Now I’m a regular ham in from of the zoom lens.
Zarek is an active member of the Sherman Oaks Chamber of Commerce, which is how I met him about a year and a half ago. He did some terrific photos of me, which I have been using for my promotional materials for my practice. He’s great about the lighting (a crucial thing for me and minimizing my «flaws»), the cosmetic touches to enhance my features, and making me relaxed so I enjoy the shoot.
