Much better place since Edra is the manager. It’s a much better more honest community. I would recommend living there with the new manager.

This is a fantastic property! The location is great, neighborhood is quiet & peaceful, and the management is superb. I was very impressed with the quick and professional manner in which visitors & residents were treated when I was in the leasing office. They are very detail oriented and address problems quickly. I talked to many residents who are very happy there and some former residents wanting to move back in! Their Manager, Edra Easterly, was so helpful and very professional in her attention to every detail.
It is easy to see why she has been here for several years. I love the pool, spa, clubhouse, free parking & valet trash pickup. I would recommend this property to anyone searching for an upscale apartment in a great neighborhood!

This place is the WORST. They get you in with low rates then raise them super fast. Our rent went from 850 to 1250 in two years.
To make it worse i lived here with my grandmother. I saved up money to buy my first house. I went into the office to get my name off the lease and to let them know i was moving out. My grandmother passed about a week later. I went into the office to let them know the situation and to turn in my paperwork to get off the lease. They told me it was too late. I didnt press the issue due to the shock i was in.
Too top everything off, did they bill me for half the price for breaking the lease? Nope they billed me for the whole amount even tho it wasnt my apartment.
If i could i would give this place negative stars. Please dont move into this sleezy place.
