Avoid done right roofing at all costs you get an absolutely horrible job repairing our flat roof which was leaking into our house. The overpriced us for a patch job at $ 3,200 which still did not fix the problem not to mention the work with extremely sloppy. We called them back to assess their work and give us an estimate on how much it would cost before we replace the roof and they were going to charge us $ 8,000 and from how he was describing what they would do I felt as if he did not know what he was talking about

I just used Done Right and will never use them again. They are con artist. They pull price quotes out of there a – . I don’t mind paying a fair price to have work done but dont come into my home and lie to me. I am very disappointed in this company. On top of it as well they give you a three hour window and they were still late to my home after I sat around waiting for them. I think I said enough. If you dont want to get ripped off and want the job done correctly then use someone else.

Ripoff!!! I called them for a chimney cleaning and they said that the starting cost is $ 24.95. They will charge more depending on the condition. I have a gas heater and boiler and chimney was already in a good condition. When the guy came, he quoted $ 100 and he had no answer when I asked why he is charging more. This is like tricking people. I don’t mind paying more as long as there is work needed. They didn’t even spend 10 minutes in cleaning and they were gone. Not the company I recommend for sure!

I called this company for estimate for a skylight with broken glass. The technician first tell me the glass cannot be replaced and quoted me a four figure price to replace the entire skylight. Then I complained that’s too expensive. He proceeds to ask me what if he just replaced the glass for half the price. I asked him, you just told me you cannot just replace the glass. He didn’t have a response. I got another company to just replace the glass for three figure price. This company estimate is really way off with skylight.
