Red Mango

Wow the customer service here is a joke. I asked for two green drinks and the manager practically rolled his eyes at me. Rude staff and overpriced too.

Disgusting. Gnats fly all over the toppings… Very dirty. And very unprofessional staff… One occasion i asked a young blonde girl if she can tell me the nutrition breakdown of a flavor of frozen yogurt. She tells she dosent know. Yet she is provided with a book that has it all listed… She was just too lazy to go get the book… So i point to the book and say its all in that book over there (5 feet away from her)… She rolls her eyes at me and says «fine hold on «…Today i walk in and the frozen yogurt machine is releasing melted frozen yogurt… So i point this out to a different girl behind the counter… She looks at the machine and says «well i dont know what to tell you «. Starts yelling at i guess one of her employees to clean up the trays. Just very rude… On the more positive side on a good day the frozen yogurt is good i just recommend you stay away from the toppings…

Amazing Red Mango! The service was wonderful & they had all of me and my family’s favorite flavors. I noticed a change in the employees recently & that change was definitely for the better! The workers were so nice & helpful the last couple of times I went, that I just had to write a review to elaborate on how AMAZING the service has become. The franchise owners were making sure everything was running smoothly, and they were happy to offer you some sample cups. The store was neat, clean, & SANITARY!!! Which is a big must on my list. The toppings were yummy & fresh. NO FROZEN ONES! THANK GOD! Overall I rate this experience a ⁵⁄₅. My family went together got yogurt & we all sat & ate there. This is my go to red mango place in all of Long Island!

Highly impressed by the ingredients and choice of juices. Raw & Vegan choices. Unpasteurized and never heated. I got the spicy cold burner and icecream for the kids with probiotics included. Very nice staff. I got the cayenne on the side and added slowly. Not necessary. Great as is. Wow!

Frozen yogurt was horrible go to sweet frog this place sucks ! The only flavor that was ok was the nutella

Their juices are delicious! however, EVERY TIME we go there they overcharge us! $.50 one day $.80 the next. No, it is not a lot of money but it is the point that it happens every visit.
The last time we went there we ordered a fresh squeezed orange juice and the girl went into the back to make it where I saw her pour it out of an orange juice container.
As much as we love fresh squeezed juice and smoothies, we will not be going there ever again.

I’ve always been a fan of Red Mango, but this branch was something new. I have never experienced a self serve location. I have to admit, it was much better and cheaper than the Manhattan branches.
Spending some time with my friend in Long Island, we decided to get some fro-​yo so I could ease the pain of my braces. I thought the establishment was very clean and the staff members were relatively friendly. I noticed that this location happened to have a variety of flavors, in comparison to the ones in NYC. They had peanut butter, nutella chocolate, milk chocolate, apple cinnamon pie, mango, peach, pineapple, and the classic. I had the peanut butter, it was delicious! As for the toppings, all I added were some waffle cone pieces. Having my braces tightened, chewing was kind of a challenge.
However, I wasn’t fond of the fact that this location didn’t serve captain crunch. I ALWAYS get captain crunch, how do you not carry it? All the NYC branches have it, why don’t you? Minus 1 star! I also couldn’t stand the guy behind the register, not the brightest one in the bunch. We clearly told him that we wanted to pay separately, yet he charged us together. We politely asked again «could you please charge us separately?», to which he responded with «Oh, could you just pay it together? I don’t know how to separate the orders.» I’m sorry, did you not pay attention during training? If you would have listened to me in the first place and hadn’t been chatting it up with the cute high school girl before us, you wouldn’t have messed up the charge. Minus 1 star!
Besides all that, the establishment is relatively small, just a few tables and chairs in the front. The upside? You’re right in the middle of a shopping complex. So grab some fro-​yo and go shopping!

My co-​worker was the 1^st one who introduce Red Mango to our family. When I received an introduction coupon from them thru the mail I was happy to know that Red Mango had come to Shirley. My kids and I love it. Our favorite is the original with all the fresh fruit and goodies. Employees are nice and friendly. Military discount was available (with ID). Only down side… sitting area outside is not only used by Red Mango customers but by other people shopping around. Other than that we’re happy to have them in town.
