We were very happy we went with Stellar Event Rentals for our tables and chairs for our wedding in May 2014. They were very helpful, flexible and gave us the best bid. Our venue required that everything had to be out that night and it seemed liked most rental places charged a mighty extra to do late night pick-up. Stellar was easy to work with and did not have the crazy charges that other places had. We were also very happy with the quality of the tables and chairs. We were pleasantly surprised by how great the chairs turned out as we picked a cheaper option. We highly recommend using Stellar!

I used Stellar Event Rentals to rent tables and chairs for my wedding in July 2011 at the arboretum. They absolutely could not have made this process any easier for me. I had sort of a small rental package(no linens, plates, etc…) but felt that I still got the same awesome service they must offer to everybody. I had to change quantities a couple times because of surprise RSVPs, but Jim worked with all my requests. The guys from Stellar showed up at our scheduled drop off, pick up times ONTHEDOT, not even a minute late, and quickly set things out for us. It was awesome. They also have great delivery fees — very fair, I didn’t feel ripped off. I can’t say enough good things about Stellar Event Rentals — highly highly recommend, would definitely use them again!

We hired Jim of Stellar Event Rentals to set-up and provide tables & chairs for our recent wedding reception at Magnolia Park in Seattle. I had a great experience with Jim from start to finish. He was thorough, answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner and provided great customer service the day of our event. I felt his pricing was competitive and the quality of goods was great. Our day was amazing and I thank Jim for being a part of that. Will use him again in the future!

In 2008 I was one of the vendor coordinators for Seattle’s Pride Parade. I volunteered to coordinate the tables, chairs and stage rental and placement. I cannot say enough good things about working with Jim Baker at Stellar Rentals. I had taken on the role with very little information to work with about how things had been done in previous years. I called Jim and immediately he put my mind at ease. He listened to my concerns and about how we wanted things to be this year which was different than in previous years. He provided us with helpful suggestions for placement of items and creative substitutions that might make sense for our situation. During the planning process the items we needed grew and shrunk numerous times and each time Jim said ‘no problem’. The final changes happened a day before we were supposed to meet and again Jim said no problem. He is amazing! Most of our communication was done via email and it never took longer than a day for him to respond to my request or questions. The day of the event he and his crew arrived a half an hour earlier than we originally planned to make sure everything would be set up in time. If you’re ever in need a rental company and want someone who will get the job done in an efficient and professional manner, you need to talk to Jim. I will definitely be calling him again when I need any type of rentals.
