Caddo Paint

Four of us went to Caddo Paint because it was the closest Benjamin Moore paint dealer in Bossier City. We went in knowing exactly what brand, colors, and quantity we needed. We received some of the worst customer service I ever experienced. Salesmen says to his coworker, «I’m goin’ ta lunch, ya want ta help ‘em?». Coworker replies, «no, but OK.». Then they both distanced themselves far enough that neither assisted us. The third worker who did receive our order and mix the paint was abrupt and unfriendly. He didn’t offer any suggestions or ask if we needed any other supplies. He assumed that we wanted the lowest grade of paint and went ahead and mixed our order without asking. The paint on the other hand is excellent. We have used Benjamin Moore paint for many years.
