This particular station is ok. I know that’s not too original but all Greyhound stations are about the same. Its a fairly medium size facility with a restaurant that serves hot food and a place to buy snacks. They keep it clean(bathrooms included) and don’t allow the homeless to become permanent tenants. They only have a few buses per day out of here so its not as crowded as other cities. My one and only complaint is the bathrooms don’t have hot water!!! This cant possibly be sanitary for hundreds of people per week using the bathroom and washing up. Somebody needs to notify Greyhound and the health department. Nasty people already don’t like washing their hands. Now they have an excuse for not washing them… yuck!

I like that Greyhound has a bus from Shreveport to Dallas about every 3 hours, 24 hours a day. Dallas has a much bigger and cheaper airport; it is usually more economical to take the bus to Dallas for the airport. The lounge is rarely crowded and the snack bar is usually open, but there are no fast food/regular restaurants within reasonable walking distance, so if you are hungry, your only choice is the snack bar.
