Orr BMW

My experience with the ORR BMW dealership in Shreveport was excellent. ORR BMW is very clean and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The sales associate who helped me was very knowledgable and had a great attitude. I highly recommend ORR BMW for new potential BMW buyers. So far, all the departments that I’ve had to interact with have made it very simple for me to get my things done. Overall EXCELLENT customer service!

Beware. Do not take your vehicle here for service!!! The techs aren’t competent enough to diagnose a simple issue or even get something done in a reasonable timeframe. I have my M5 in for service with them and it’s going on four weeks now that they have had it. It is one BS thing after another with this dealer. Like the fact that the car has been sitting untouched for days while they wait in parts. They could have had it taken apart so that when the part came in it could be installed and the car reassembled but, no. They want to waste my time and make me wait through the weekend and into next week again because it’s had to be taken apart while the parts are there instead of doing the work when they were waiting on parts. Try could have taken three plus days off of my wait but, no. Then the service advisor April, who is rude and condescending. She is never informed about what was, is, or will be going on with a car that she has in the shop and god forbid you want a REASONABLE explanation as to why it has taken a month to get a clutch in a car… Oh yeah, the clutch job only pays 13.2hrs but, it takes these guys over a month. I can keep going but, I you’ve read it to here I think you get the point. Take your BMW elsewhere.

Wish there was another certified Bmw repair center around. This place makes up problems are charges you tons more for parts than BMW online or other dealers. These people are crooks. If this is the only place you can buy abs service a BMW, don’t buy a BMW. Terrible experiences, do not recommend
