Not sure why this place has bad reviews. Excellent customer service and they made my car look like new. I am extremely pleased and I will definitely be coming back.

Been coming here for years, although, in recent history I’ve stopped getting my oil changed here as much(oh well, guess my car will just hafta be dirty) and have been getting my oil changed over at Gateway Tire(they do an excellent job!) in Shreve City. Only problem is, today I got a bit of a late start and sometimes, Gateway can get quite a few big jobs in front of you, and you might wait a while longer for your oil change(though they are waaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper than meep-meep Roadrunner here!) I was in a hurry today and thought I’d just pass through here and get it done and be on my way. They have an advertised«special» of an oil change and a «free» car wash for under 40 bucks, like $ 39.99. They also have Pennzoil advertised every which way you look. Like I said, I’ve been getting my oil changed here since the mid-1990’s, but it seems like every year the costs have escalated substantially. The worker checking me in as I pulled up, asked if Pennzoil was okay, I said sure. When I checked out, the bill was $ 52! They said it was because the used Pennzoil! So. If you use this place for an oil change, make sure that you tell them to use the house oil and NOT Pennzoil. I will also say this, about ten years ago, when I had a different vehicle, the car wash actually scraped a piece of paint off my car… So, every now and then you need to be reminded why you went in a different direction for business once upon a time and then you are so eloquently reminded. Throw in a tip to the gentleman polishing off my vehicle after its’ wash and doing the final touches, and this oil change ran me almost sixty bucks!!! Do this every three months here, and you’re looking at about $ 240 a year in oil changes, maybe more. After all that, you might feel like the proverbial coyote getting out done by this Roadrunner.
