This is the best place I’ve ever been to for facial and waxing! I love the way Sveta does it! Moreover, the place is cozy and relaxing… I live in Boston and I have to drive here for each appointment but trust me, it’s worth the time! Totally recommend!

It was my first experience with Piel Skin boutique. I will never regret coming here ! It’s a place where professionals work .I moved to US about year ago and miss my country a lot. The place is beautiful and very relaxing. Excellent service, very professional, warm and welcoming. Sveta, the owner, is very knowledgeable esthetician; she certainly has the «magic touch». I have been her client for many years and glad that she opened her own place. I trust Sveta with my face completely, never question her choice of treatment and always very happy with the result. Her product knowledge and how she watches your skin respond during the facial is over and above what you would expect. If you want the best; if you want your skin to improve, you need to visit Piel Skin Boutique and schedule a procedure with Sveta.

Sveta can even make my eyebrows look good! Very nice, great value.

Love the SPA! The place is very clean and modern, people working there are extremely nice and attentive. My appointment started on time, the music playing was just the right volume and very relaxing. I was offered some soft drinks of my choice, so I chose green tea and the lady also brought some chocolate covered almonds with cookies. The owner (Sveta) was the one who I booked my facial with and I got my money worth and then some! I was put on extremely comfortable table with clean white sheets and she did her magic by the book of the real european facial! My face is still feeling very soft and rejuvenated and I will definitely go back and get my facial there again and again and again!

This review pains me to write. Rosemary is a gifted esthetician and I’ve loved the services I’ve had there. She’s the ONLY reason this gets even 2 stars. My issue is with the new owner and her lack of common courtesy and business sense.
I always book my next appointment at the time of service, and I go every 6 – 8 weeks. At my last appointment, the new owner booked my appointment for today, and gave me my reminder card. I show up today for my facial, and she had booked someone else into the same slot.
Issue 1 — the owner never apologized! Only Rosemary did, and she had no fault here. The only thing the owner said was that it was her writing on the appointment card I had. Stating the obvious doesn’t really solve the problem.
Issue 2 — why was it my appointment that wasn’t honored? Clearly mine was booked well in advance. Is my business somehow less valued?
Issue 3 — no offer to somehow compensate me shows gross disrespect for my time and complete lack of appreciation for my continued patronage.
The icing on the cake for me is that I had planned to purchase a couple of products, and had been waiting until this appointment to do so rather than making a trip to Ulta. Now I have the additional inconvenience of having to go the the store to make my purchases.
So, because the owner clearly doesn’t value my time or my business, I’ll have to find a new spa (there are plenty) and Ulta will see additional business from me for products. A simple apology from the person who messed up was all that was needed, and it never happened. Completely unacceptable.

I prefer the professionalism and products of Elizabeth Grady. Vastly more economical and far less pressure to purchase! Will not return.

I have been several times for facials and waxes with Rosemary. She is extremely professional and gives the best facials I’ve EVER had. She has spoiled me for anyone else. The spa is very warm and inviting and the rest of the staff is always courteous and helpful. I would recommend for anyone looking for good skin treatments and excellent waxing services.

Piel continues to be an oasis. Attention to every detail results in an amazing experience. Staff and surroundings are always five stars. Thank you all. You are simply the best.

I went to Piel because of the Buy with Me deal online. The spa was really cute inside, and had a nice relaxing vibe.
The facial was awesome– I have had a lot of facials, and this was one of the best because most I have been to have some «down time» and you are just lying there, and sometimes they even walk out for a few minutes. That always bothers me!
The esthetician (Stephanie) here spent all of her time massaging my legs, feet, arms, and back in between the facial treatments.
I will definitely go back!

Just moved to the area a month ago and heard about Piel from «Buy With Me». Made an appt and tried it out. Absolutely wonderful. The best facial I have ever had. Complete relaxation from the moment you walk through the door. Rosemary is very knowledgeable about skincare and quickly places you at ease. Ambiance of the Spa was peaceful. Prices are very reasonable. I am looking forward to many visits in the future! Make an appt!
