Just got back from this Jack in the Box and am very pleased. The fries and chicken nuggets beat Burger King and McDonald’s easily. The 99c tacos are a great deal and consistent quality. I ordered a cheeseburger with no sauce that came out with mayo and ketchup on it. Went back and it was easily and courteously replaced with a plain burger. Excellent service, especially for the middle of the night. Another plus, nice long hours. Top notch fast food! :)

OMG — why did I stop? I haven’t eaten at a JiB for over 20 years and I now know why! Service was good — no taking hits there. BUT the food is disgusting! It’s Lent season, and if you must get a fish sandwich, SKIP this place. Fish is even more non-​existent than McDonalds, and the tartar is really miracle whip… The fries! OMG#2 am I the only one who thinks they are tasting metallic like and really not made from potatoes? Just checking. At least the coke was good.

Went in 15 minutes before noon. No one in the place but all the tables were dirty. Only 2 cars in the drive-​thru but nobody even acknowledged our presence. Waited over 5 minutes then the 4 of us walked out in disgust. Would give Sierra Vista Jack In The Box zero stars if we could!
Went a block over to a busy Wendy’s for a good meal & great customer service.
This franchise owner better wake up.

I really wasn’t impressed with the quality I got from here.
I had a simple burger combo. The sandwich was ok. The fries were old and cold and seemed like they tried to rewarm them… yuck.
The transaction took about 10mins and I was expecting some good food for the wait. I was disappointed. I think I’ll stick with Sonic.

Went here for a Jumbo jack and the cleanliness was not up to par, not to mention as I was waiting for my food the guy who took my money & my order was wearing latex gloves for sanitation purposes I guess. but he then proceeded to stick his hands (with the gloves on after handling $$ with them still on) into the area were frys are kept warm and he started to eat. Pretty much made me loose my appetite. So I stay away from this place.

I’m a huge fan of Jack In the Box, and this is the location that started it all. There are no Jack in the Boxes here (in D.C.) yet they play the «Jack’s back» commercials to toy with me. When I see them I Google the nearest location in order to find out if one has opened up near me. The food here is greasy, a heart attack waiting to happen. They have a lot of stuff on the menu, tacos, fish and chips, burgers, these thick ass potato things covered in cheap cheese, bacon bits and sour cream. Jack in the Box to me is what nicotine is like to smokers, booze for alcoholics, it’s a dirty little addiction that both thrills and saddens me.
