I should’ve known after the first time I used Lloyds when someone else’s shirt was included in with mine(which meant one of mine was included with someone else’s). Fortunately they were able to figure out the switched mixup. I continued to use Lloyds for over a year. They were«ok» with my husband’s shirts but the few times I took some of my shirts, I go to put them on and EVERYSINGLE button was broken(this was a $ 85 blouse from Talbots). I look at the other 4 blouses and there are buttons broken on every shirt. When I confront them about it they first try to tell me it’s my shirts fault. I guess they don’t make $ 100 JCrew and Talbots shirts the way they used to? Keep in mind my previous cleaner NEVER broke a button. Then they say they’ll «try» to fix them but they aren’t sure they will have matching buttons. I get the shirts back and the buttons aren’t only mismatched but also different colors(white, clear and yellowish). When I complained they tell me at the drive-thru location to go speak to Lloyd at the other location but he’s not always there & is difficult to get a hold of. Who has time for that? Now I have NO shirts for work until I track down Lloyd himself? That’s the last trip for me.

AWFUL! If any of you have nice clothes and or you are a soldier who gets your uniforms dry cleaned, I would avoid this place. First visit, I had no problem. Second visit, I took several items here, including a $ 200 silk shirt that clearly states«Dry clean only» on the tag. Looks like they cleaned it in water or whatever chemical they used and damaged my shirt. I would’ve been somewhat calm and collect if they would’ve notified me of this because, after all, that’s why they have insurance, right; to replace and refund me for the damaged items? But no, they failed to leave me a note or verbally tell me anything at pick-up. Instead, they covered the shirt with some oily substance in an attempt to either re-dye or hide the damage. The oil was laid on so thick that the color was COMPLETELY different from the original, it rubbed off on my hand and had stained the paper on the hanger. After inspecting it even further, I was able to find the color damages on the shirt. So livid that they did this without my permission /knowledge and didn’t even apologize. Unprofessional and unethical. Don’t even want to go back to have them fix this because they might f*** it up even more. AVOID.

This place is for the lazy in me… as of now, open at 7am and until 6pm? Holy crap, I can go both before and after work on a decent day even! I’m really glad this place is around. It took a few days to get my slacks back, but sounds like you can put a rush on it for a little extra cash. For a place this convenient, I’m not going to argue. Price is about average $ 4.55 for my slacks today.

Never knew we had a drive thru cleaners so close. What more could you ask for? Definitely a fan! The turn around time was fair and the price was great! Will definitely be coming back.
