Customer service here was great when I went in about a week ago and needed a document printed. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer, more helpful experience — especially after driving to three other places that I thought would offer printing services and don’t! I’ve only been in Sierra Vista for a few months and didn’t even realize there was a Staples here but I’m really glad I found this place by accident! A big thanks to the manager who assisted me!

They always help me with last minute stuff and help me get the best deals. I teach and make study groups at the last minute and they never let me down. Im active duty so I don’t have a lot of free time.

They NEVER entered a lot of my ink recycles even when they said they did (while I was standing there). It seems like NO ONE is trained. Other than Meena (??) I’ve NEVER seen anything that even slightly resembled customer service. I emailed corporate and they told me to FAX THE RECEIPT. Thanks. It’s awful, painful, and horrific. I went back to try to give them ONE last shot and to hell with it, I’ll either buy my ink from Target or best buy. Not worth it!!!
