The massage I received was well needed! The customer service was great. They replied within 24 hours of my request for an appointment since the phone was busy and I left a voicemail. I received a 60 minute Swedish massage and they focused attention in the troubled places. The place is clean and welcoming. I am definitely scheduling a follow-​up.

Wilma… Omg Wilma. Fastest water in the West and hilarious! I would get a full Amazon (bikini and backside) wax and my eyebrows done and she was PERFECT. Kept you at ease the whole time and actually cared about how your experience was. Plus she is so sweet– doesn’t take tips and asks you to donate to a wig fund for women with cancer. I would fly back there every 6 – 8 weeks if I could just for her!

Excellent service. Wilma and Rhonda did an amazing job and made me very comfortable. Went in for a wax job and they weren’t kidding when they said they were fast. Not only were they fast but they made sure I was happy with the finished product. Well worth the price. I already scheduled my maintenance appointment. Extremely happy with the outcome, definitely recommend at least trying this place.

Wilma was absolutely fantastic. I went in for a wax, she was fast, professional, kind, and gave me breaks when the pain was too much. She was the best waxer I’ve ever been to. When I was paying I gave a tip, and she informed me tips go to a foundation for wigs for women with cancer. What a doll! She then gave me a hug and said that is her tip. She is a gem, I highly recommend going to her.

Well, I continue to make my rounds around this spa/​salon (hey, you can’t blame a girl for wanted to try out all the goodies and services can you???). So I decided to check out the «Oxygen Facial» and Wilma was kind enough to throw in a complementary eyebrow wax (probably because she saw the state of my eyebrows and had pity on my poor soul!). Now I had not had any waxing done prior and I am such a chicken but let me say that Wilma completely lives up to her name as the fastest waxer in the West!!! The facial was total bliss (I fell asleep on the table and woke up thinking I was late for work… slightly embarrassing). My skin felt awesome and I could have spent the night snoozing on that table. I know Wilma is MOST famous for her waxing, but I have to say, give her a shot for facials as well! You won’t be disappointed…

Visage is always such a treat. The ambiance is relaxing, the art on the walls is beautiful and the the music is always soothing. Most importantly though, the staff is polite, professional and extremely talented. Sara Fletcher is probably the best colorist in Sierra Vista. I would never go anywhere else to get my hair done.

And now I’m a super fan thanks to the owner, Wilma. She told me they call her the fastest waxer in the west, and they weren’t kidding. She’s also very funny, very proud of her European roots and swears a little. I like that. I like that a lot.
Though waxing is not gentle by nature, her hands worked deflty and her manner was kind.
When I went to tip her, she told me she does not accept tips but rather directed me to a jar where that money goes toward a collective fund to create wigs for cancer patients. And THEN she gave me a hug goodbye.
Client for life.

Visage is fantastic. I like the atmosphere, it’s warm, welcoming and clean. The spa menu is excellent and they offer a wide variety of services. I came in for a haircut and Sarah gave me a fantastic bob. All the hairdressers really know what they are doing and know how to give a masterful cut. I was really impressed with this place.

If you enjoy being treated like the owner is doing you a favor for providing salon services, you’ll love it here. Seriously, terrible customer service. Lots of gossiping and over all, a not so clean salon.
