Colesville Dentistry

While attending college at UMBC, I was looking for a dentist nearby and was recommended to Colesville Dentistry by a family friend (Dr. Charles Chen). I’ve been a patient of Dr. Greg Hysong for over 8 years. It’s certainly the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’ve come here for quarterly visits (for cleaning and dental exams), veneers, and fillings. I’ve been amazed with their service and dental procedures. Each dental experience is very personable — they seem to really care about my dental health. The waiting room provides a wide array of magazine to read as well as free wi-​fi to all patients and their guests. The staff (people at the front desk, dental hygienists/​assistants, and dentists) are professional, warm and friendly. For dental hygienists, I’d recommend anyone but Vicky! I’ve never had any difficulty scheduling/​rescheduling appointments or making payments. For those who don’t have dental insurance, I highly recommend joining their Smile Club, which costs $ 300 a year. During this 12-​month period, members of this Smile Club are entitled to two dental cleanings, two dental examinations, one set of radiographs, one full mouth set of films, and 15% off all treatment received. The staff are very respectful of their patients’ time and make every effort to minimize the wait. Upon checking in, they provide you with necessary paperwork with highlighted to fill out. The facility is clean and spacious. Each room has a comfy dental chair, a hook to hang up personal belongings (e.g., coat, purse, etc), and a monitor displaying cute animal pictures and scenic landscapes. They are always looking out for patient’s comfort during visits.

Dr LePore said my 14 year old Daughter had to have a filling replaced, she did replace the filling, and within one week my Daughter had to have a root canal on that tooth! Very slow to return Emergency phone calls, my daughter was in excruciating pain! And they still charged me for the appointment to confirm that she indeed needed to have a root canal!
I would NEVER go back!
