Domino’s Pizza

Place is horrible! Called multiple times to order and was hung up on before I could order anything!!! Don’t bother ordering from this terrible place full of uneducated morons who will never amount to anything because they lack basic respect. Smh.

Roger the manager told me to me to fuck off when I asked where my pizza was after an hour wait Called back got hung up twice called berney at another location he was awesome and delivered a pizza for me so I could eat and watch the super bowl he’s a great manager I will never order from that Roger location again in silver spring you should teach your management how to talk to customers who are paying I’m a manager in Bethesda for 20 years never been treated like this before just terrible I would not tolerate this type of behavior in my restaurant why would you

Tonight I ordered a Medium pie at 10:30pm. After not getting my order within 30 minutes i called the store to see the status. The rep mentioned that the driver had just left. Another 30 minutes go by and I checked the
tracker system. It showed it as delivered. So i called the store twice with no answer. The driver called at midnight. An hour and a half later. The driver refused to come up. So i go down and get my order. once upstairs we realize that the pizza is cold and my soda is room temperature. Thinking that the store is closed, i decide to call anyway to leave a message. To my surprise someone picked up. Guess who it was… the delivery driver. it took him no less that 5 minutes to get back to his store, but it took them 1.5 hours to deliver my order. Unacceptable. I ask to for a refund and the driver puts the manager on the phone. I proceed to explain my disgust with the service and ask for a refund. She tries to give me a «free» pizza on the house. I decline and ask for a refund the second time. Then she tries again to give me a free pie on my next visit. There wont be a next time. So I decline again. I ask her for her name and she asks «Why do you want to know my name?» I mentioned that I needed it for my refund and so i can have a reference for when i call the store day manager. Again, she refused to give me her name. She then tells me that i shouldn’t be upset because «It’s only Pizza».
This is when i hung up. You can’t argue with stupid.
I used to like Dominos Pizza when they specialized in Pizza. Now its just Dominos. A game that I hope they loose. I would avoid this store like the plague.

They burned my pizza, I had to pick off the burned parts the last time I ordered. They aren’t consistent. I just ordered and the pizza was great, specialty chicken was too small for the price, and the breadsticks were bland. Get it together dominos

When your customer has to call back because of your screw up, you fix it. Period.
When your customer has to call back AGAIN, because an hour later you STILL haven’t fixed it. You fix it FAST. Lightning fast.
–Unless you work here. And then you tell a customer who ordered their food literally THREE HOURS AGO, that they’ll need to wait another 45 minutes ‘Because you’re busy’.
You’re busy? Oh, that’s unfortunate to hear, because so is everyone else. And your repeat screw up has now wasted MY TIME. As the customer, I don’t give a rat’s @ss how ‘busy’ you are. At this rate, I am *hoping* that you’ll get my complete and correct order to me within 4 hours of the time I placed the order.
This is ridiculous, the service is rude and unapologetic. I didn’t call expecting them to greet me like a five star hotel, but when you messed up TWICE, and you’ve left a customer in the wind for this long, you get somebody out there NOW.

It’s a Dominos — you can’t compare it to a local pizza place — but our orders are always ready on time and they have some great specials. I’m glad it’s here. It’s convenient since we live in the neighborhood. Our favorite is the pan pizza — worth the extra dollar or two.

They wouldn’t let me order a carry out so i ordered delivery to the car outside and they said they only deliver to addresses for «security purposes». Lame

Long day in the hot sun garage saling in Operation Ruthless Downsizing. No one wants to clean up and GO anywhere. Enter Dominos. We have lived here two years and never ordered delivery having discovered another non delivery local pizza week one living in Silver Spring/​Wheaton.
Can you say hungry but still a total foodie who knows good things. Good for us? Not so much but pouring a glass of wine and indulging in some good, delivery fresh pizza and chicken bites!

Wait time for large pizza & garlic bread was about 30 Minutes. I appreciate the speeds delivery.
Driver… not too friendly nor unfriendly… he gets a 1 ½ star for his dull personality.

Ordered two medium pizzas for $ 6 ea on Friday night, delivery time was just about 20 minutes. I also used the free delivery option from ShopRunner, so this gives Domino’s an extra credit. Will order again!

Called for carry-​out at 11:25pm. Carry-​out closed!
Forced to get delivery which means now we have to wait «40−45» minutes for the delivery guy to get here with our what was $ 9.99 medium pizza and is now a grand total of $ 19.45!!! Not including tip!
Btw, Im in the industrial area behind this place. I could be there in 2 minutes. Didnt start off too well.
All I know is that my pizza better be really delicious when it gets here. Ill update you when it gets here. Hopefully I will not be waiting anywhere near 45 minutes for my medium pepperoni pizza, 2 liter soda, and im 2 minutes away.

The food is standard Domino’s — if you like Domino’s pizza you’ll be fine, if you don’t there’s Armand’s and Pizza Hut nearby. If you don’t like pizza you’re in luck; I recently had one of their new oven-​baked sandwiches and was very pleasantly surprised.
This location seems to consistently provide speedy service, so that’s a big plus.
