They lost my skirt, tried to put it on me that I picked it up when in fact I did not. They told me on a monday it was not ready and come back later in the week. I returned thursday and nothing, no refund, no skirt, no customer service and admittance of fault. They claim there is no manager. Do not use them!

Wow, I can not believe DryClean Direct has a one star rating. This place is AWESOME! Staff is friendly and courteous-many smiles at the door. They are cash only but have an ATM. They charge $ 1.98 per item. I just took in four winter coats (I have too many!) and one uniform to be cleaned-it all cost me $ 11.98.
I have never had a problem with the quality or timeliness of their services.
