I have been to Dr. Graves three times now to have a cleaning and two fillings. I was initially turned off by the appearance of the office since it is in the basement of an apartment complex. There is a parking lot on the right side of the apartment complex with plenty of parking and the door to the office is right next to the lot(parking is free). The office is small but feels rather homey, if that is possible for a dentist office. I have always been seen quickly and have not had to wait more than 5 minutes once I have been seated in one of the rooms. Dr. Graves has been very friendly and has always been willing to answer questions. I feel like I needed to be forward and make sure he knows that I want to better understand the procedure or his recommendation and then he was more forth coming with information. Be an advocate for yourself so you get the most of your visit. He never put off a question I asked. Also it is important to note that he only has two rooms in the back so I think he can only see two patients at a time. So it has been my feeling that I have his undivided attention. Other dentist I have been to seem to hope around a lot to different patients. Also Dr. Graves did my teeth cleaning personally and did not leave it to his assistant. I did feel like he did the teeth cleaning a bit fast but maybe that is normal. I have only just begun visiting Dr Grave’s office so I can not pass a complete judgment on his office. If my current experiences are repeated and I do not see significant trouble with my teeth after following his recommendations I would gladly give him 5 stars. 4 stars is as good as I could give for someone I have only seen three times.
