Beer Selection: Poor — and it’s so easy to get good beer in MoCo now. What gives?

Clientele: Sketchy at best — On more than one occasion there have been «instances» where absolutely drunk/inebriated customers were asked to leave the store unwillingly. Very uncomfortable. There are constant pan-handlers waiting by the front door on most Fridays and Saturdays nights. Though they’re polite, it’s extremely awkward and unwarranted.
To sum, the prices are second to none. Which is the only reason I go there. The folks that work there almost never engage with anyone who isn’t a co-worker. The place has potential. But for a county-run spot, it probably won’t get much better than it currently is.

If you are in the Mood for a Craft brewed beer than dont come here. But if you just want some cheap decent beer or any kind of Liquor you are guaranteed to find the lowest prices around. This location is in a slightly sketchier area but it is a bigger store and easier to navigate than the busy location on Colesville. If you are having a big cocktail party and need to stock a Bar this should be your stop because they offer mix and match case discounts on wine and liquor. Don’t expect any help from the staff. Just come here for the prices
