Expensive but convenient dry cleaner in the neighborhood. Very nice business owners who do a good job. They actually take time to review spots on clothes and remove them unlike others with no interest in spot removal.

Terrible Customer Service!!! Go elsewhere! I was seeking a new dry cleaner shop near my new home. This was the closest one and I thought I check them out. I dropped off my dress pant & a silk dress shirt. That Arrogant lady who runs the shop rung up my receipt for $ 8.15 last Saturday, June 6, 2015. Today, I went to collect my clothing to wear work tomorrow. However, that Arrogant nasty lady said she made an error on pricing my dry cleaning. It went from $ 8.15 to $ 10.95 for two piece of dry cleaning. The point I want to make is two things which she was damn lazy doing or didn’t want admit her fault. 1. She had my cell phone over 1 week which she could have called me to explained the error she made. Then, if I agree proceed with my dry cleaning or I collect them dirty to take elsewhere to do. 2. Since she knew it over one week, she didn’t even want to honor me that price on the unpaid receipt. Don’t you think she should know her prices as an experience dry cleaner? She arrogant nasty grumpy lady didn’t even apologize that it was her fault. She just asked me caught up the extra fee for my dry cleaning. Take away from this that dry cleaners should have price list menu on display and if they screw up they should honor their own mistakes. This shouldn’t be the customers fault and no «I’m sorry»!!!

These folks are terrific and their service is top notch! They have been our dry cleaner for years and we have always been able to rely on prompt, professional service. They also do a fantastic job with alterations. I highly recommend them.

I’ve lived in Silver Spring for several years and have tried a number of local cleaners looking for the right mix of affordability and quality cleaning. I live close to Number One and originally tried them when I first moved there(drawn by the organic cleaning). The clothes were cleaned well, but I thought the prices were high. After trying 3 other local cleaners, and using Seminary cleaners for a few months, it became obvious to me that it is worth it to pay a little more(not much higher than Seminary) and not have to worry about poor cleaning and ruined clothes. I have been taking mine and my husband’s clothes there for over 3 years now and have been very happy.

I’ve brought shirts for cleaning and clothes for mending for years and found this business helpful, responsive, and effective. It’s a wonderful family owned business so I’m happy to frequent it.

I went to this place because they are advertising as an «organic» cleaners. It smelled pretty chemical when I walked in. Now I know this is totally my fault, but I took a while to pick up my stuff(2 months) and they were pretty pissed w/me. Technically, I probably should have used a cleaners close to work because there was no way I could pick anything up during the week, but once again, I was drawn to the«organic» aspect. The lady calls me pretty unhappy saying that«they were no longer responsible for the clothes and it has been a long time.» She said it in that foreign way that rubs Americans the wrong way type manner. Like — hey I understand, but I ain’t your kid, calm down lady. So I made up some bs about being abroad on business and that I’d have my cousin pick it up. No way was I facing this lady as the real moi. So my «cousin» showed up the following Saturday and got the clothes. Seems they did a decent job, but I will go elsewhere. Probably stick w/Marvel on New Hampshire.

I don’t know why I stopped there. It was a mistake. Whoever cleaned it didn’t understand the idea of wrap dresses and basically took the dress apart. Don’t continue reading if you don’t understand the basics of wrap dresses because I’m not even really sure how to explain it. You have fabric on the right and you thread the left fabric though a hole on the right. They literally took the fabric on the right side of the dress and took apart the stitching. All the fabric used to tie the dress closed ended up on the left side with no stitching around the neck at all. It’s beyond my comprehension as to why they would take apart the stitching. I dropped other items off. When I saw this mess I called them and told them not to touch anything. I’ll see what they say when I bring it in tomorrow. I loved that dress. I’m so sad…
