Yumna is a gifted massage therapist who understands the importance of connecting with the whole person in providing meaningful body and mind therapy. After bouncing from therapist to therapist for several years, I knew I had found my home with Yumna 15 minutes into my first session. She moves effortlessly from myofascial release to reflexology to energy work in a seamless progression that is in tune with something I can’t articulate but mirrors what I need. The entire session, from our opening chat to the way she senses what I’m experiencing on the table to the «debrief» at the end makes each new session better than the one before. I cannot say enough good things about her.
