Dallas Drilling

I owe a review and just happened to be on the Silverhill page.
My house has a well system as back-​up to city water and for the sprinkler systems.
Dallas is the bomb!
Knowing nothing about anything involving more than a hairdryer I needed assistance with the fact there was no water from the «oump»?
DD was here in less than two hours and had everything working very quickly. They even tried to explain what was wrong (I did not understand or really care) and insisted on billing me (got to love South Alabama!).
Well, a few weeks later I got a bill that was so small I had to call to make sure there was not an error. The nicest lady answered and explained that they only charged me for the minimum.
Why not five stars? I still just don’t understand the whole pumping water out of the ground thing and it just does not excite me.
