I didn’t know what to expect from a theatre here, but I saw «Other Desert Cities» here earlier this year and was generally impressed. Some of the artistic staff spends much of the year in a bigger city, others are semi-​retired, but all are good quality in a very intimate theatre. Interesting building in central Dillon too!

People may think that the incredible views and outdoor recreation opportunities are the best parts of living in Summit County and they would be right. The icing on the cake of living in such a beautiful place is that we have a world class professional theatre right here in Dillon!
Every single production that I have seen here has left me laughing (‘Moon Over Buffalo’), crying (‘Driving Miss Daisy’) or both (‘Sylvia’). We make a point to bring our visitors here and they have all been blown away at what the LDTC team does. The small theatre (about 50 – 60 seats per play) really adds to the excitement and experience.
Whether you are lucky enough to live in Summit or you are just here for a visit, do yourself a favor and check out the latest production at the Lake Dillon Theatre Company!
