Lazy company. They refuse to ring doorbells, or put any effort into customer service. After 2 visits, our pool has turned green. I do not recommend this company.

Terrible. They have trouble having the expertise to clean up an algae problem. When we upped our service from standard to supreme. The guy still did NOT take off our pool cover or vacuum it… Just quickly dumped the chemicals in and left. Then we purchased a new pump from them. They had trouble installing it… Left the job midstream and didn’t come back for 2 days and the pool got greener. Then when they finally came back and installed the pump… They said Scott would be back out the next day and clean up the green in the pool. He was a no show again?! How does a service company operate with service like this??? We are very unsatisfied.

Wolves in Sheep’s Clothing… this company smiles and says all of the right things just as they cut corners, use shoddy workmanship, provides inferior products and lies about all of it. Here are the specifics.(we used them for 2−½ years) A. weekly service-although they show up, they never scaled the tile for us creating scarred tiles that will never look the same. The pool almost always looked poor and when I complained they would always blame the equipment trying to see us more new gear. Every time I agreed, the pool continued to look poor B. Semi annual flushing of DE Filter. The mess they made in my yard would takes weeks to disappear. All Pure staff might return calls but always to my home during work hours or work after business hours. It seemed very clear they had little interest in managing any customer service issues. C. Upgrading to a variable speed motor: we were promised exactly what we wanted to hear… We would save money each month, we would be able to run out motor longer and more efficiently, we would receive a quality motor. The«variable» speed could only switch from low to high but to do so, I would have to walk to the outside of my house near the pol equipment, reach into a hard to access corner and switch the toggle from low to high. It was completely manual. I would call it 2-speed but I guess that too might be considered variable. In fact it is completely impractical so we left it on high in summer and low in winter. The seals are leaking: no big deal. That’s normal for a 3-year old pool motor. No big deal unless no one has ever heard of the brand and there are no parts available. Because that is out situation, no one can get parts. I called the owner of All Pure and asked him to supply parts… I called him 3-times. When he did return my call, he was very nice and seemingly helpful. He said they do not sell parts to non-service clients but instead promised to send me part numbers, with compatibility to other brands. I was not surprised but was disappointed as we never received the information. My subsequent calls fell over several weeks fell on deaf ears. The leaks are getting worse so I will now need to replace the pump at a cost of well over $ 1,000. I believe pool service is an imperfect business with lots of potential for problems. I understand why All Pure has problems and forgive the problems. I do not forgive their poor manner in which they handle these problems and their indifference about them.

I have been a customer of All Pure Pool for 6 years now and just ended my relationship with them. The reason for this was the unsatisfactory way a recent service call was handled by Jack the owner. Recently I had the annual filter service done on my system and after a couple of days I noticed that the large filter cylinder was leaking on both sides. I also noticed that my pool heater would no longer come on. I called the office and spoke to Nikki(who is very polite) and told her the situation. She made an service appointment for me on a Monday. Well Monday came and no one showed up or called. I finally called back on Wednesday to find out what’s up and she told me that there was a schedule mix up and that the owner would be out today(Wed). At about mid day I got a call from Jack and he told me that he had just been to my house(I was not there) and that he would be returning later this afternoon. I went on to tell him the problem about the leak and that it happened right after the filter was cleaned and that now my heater does not come on as it did before the filter service. His tone immediately changed and became very defensive. He told me that whatever they did had nothing to do with my heater and basically started laughing at me and telling me about all the other leaks in my system. Well, yes, there are other leaks. There was another leak in the pvc that feeds into my motor which I noticed months ago after they had preformed a service on the motor but since I didn’t notice it within the 30 day warranty period I was SOL. Notice the pattern here? Something that was working fine always seems to breakdown right after they perform a service. I have no problem paying for whatever needs to be fixed on my pool but I’m not going to be spoken to like I’m some idiot and I won’t accept new problems always flaring up right after a service call! I suggest you stay away from these folks.

This is by far the worst service I have ever received and by far the least professional. This ‘company’ was contracted by my home warranty company to come and service my pool pumps. I received an e-mail telling me they would be at my home between 12 and 3. I arrived home just before noon and waited. No one showed up. I called the number provided and it was a cell number. There was no answer. I received a call a few HOURS later from a restricted number. I am not one to answer restricted calls so I let it go to voicemail. When I later retrieved the message there was a woman with a thick accent saying very rudely that the service man showed and no one was there. In trying to return the call I was yet again referred to cellular voicemail. In an effort to contact the office line which I assumed would be a land line. Much to my dismay I found there was no listed brick and mortar structure and no legitimate listed business phone number. Over the course of the next three days I received three voicemail messages from this woman and her tone was both condescending and had a kindergarten-esque ‘nana nana boo boo’ attitude stating the technician did arrive and they wanted their $ 60 fee. They even went so far as to put a hold on my home warranty. I live in a gated community and the security is top notch. This means that anyone coming to the gate is listed by name and arrival time. The technician arrived at 11:11:26 am. Yes, those are seconds and it was nearly an hour before the scheduled arrival time. I don’t know about the rest of you, but I work and have to make arrangements to be home for appointments. I made sure to be home at least ten minutes prior to the earliest arrival time. The bottom line here is that this ‘company’ seems to be very ‘fly by night’, which is evidenced by its lack of a formal business address or phone line. There is a BBB listing but the telephone number and address do not match anything I have found. Further, living where I do it’s comforting to know who is coming to my home. With this ‘company’ I have no idea who they are or where they come from. I have asked my home warranty company to place them on my ‘refused service’ list. In filing my complaint with the home warranty company they tried to call this ‘company’ as well and received no answer. STEERCLEAR!
